I had just learned that I was laid-off and my benefits would end on February 10th. I needed to have my newest prescription put in my clear frame glasses. But, Alexi at LensCrafters told me that I can't use my insurance until May. He was extremely understanding and patient. He he diligently worked out the best affordable price for me... so grateful for his customer care ‼️

Do not about the Dr. Because I just walk away after telling her that the customer service lady was horrible. The worse. She get mad when customers ask a question about the procedure. I understand that she is not the doctor but at other Lenscrafter anyone on the " check-in" counter can answer simple question. She doesn't even want to hear the question I had. That why many companies go out of business. Last word she said to me was..." I have no time, I have many things to do here" ...and that's how they missed a yearly round customer and the 526 dollars I was going to spend there. Very rude with lack of education...I will sent a letter to Macys corporation, so they know what type of people they have there at Lendscrafters Macys Millenial Mall...

This is the best glasses place. Excellent customer service. Will help you find the perfect glasses just for you. They make sure you glasses fit well and many other things. I definitely recommend!!

I recently visited LensCrafters for my second-ever eye exam, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Nguyen was exceptional—her intelligence and calm demeanor were incredibly reassuring, especially since I was a bit nervous and unsure of what to expect. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which helped me feel at ease. I received the most accurate prescription I've ever had!

The floor staff—Teresa, Guerby, and Doovalya—were absolutely amazing and made both of my visits such a positive experience. During my first visit, Guerby handled the exam prep and took the frame measurements. He was extremely professional and did everything perfectly. I love finding people who excel at their jobs, and Guerby truly stands out in his role. Doovalya was there supporting me every step of the way, and her kindness and helpful feedback while I was trying to make decisions about the glasses made such a difference.

When I returned to pick up my glasses, there was a tiny hiccup with the nose pad on one side that was slightly blocking my view. Guerby immediately spotted the problem and fixed it in just two seconds! Teresa was incredibly reassuring, letting me know that if anything wasn’t right, they would do everything they could to make it perfect.

Every interaction I had with the staff was so genuine and warm. I felt truly cared for by this outstanding team. If you come to this LensCrafters, you’ll be in excellent hands. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of eye care!

What to say about LensCrafters Optique at Mall at Millennia?

Great service and conveniently located within Macy's for shopping around while waiting for your name to be called. Additionally, this location is less busy than the main one inside the mall.
The service is always quick and they're patient and explain everything.

I went in to get my frames adjusted for alignment. The man at the counter was nice and tried to help by adjusting my frames 4 times in my presence, each time they were still loose. I asked for him to get help from another associate who adjusted them but refused to come out on the sales floor and check the fit. The only reason I came to this location was because the one in the main part of the mall had a 45 minute wait. You need to fire the female and train the man better for fitting frames.
