Brought some family in for some testing that we scheduled for online. There was a lady up front dark skinned said her name was Alfreda. Giving a description because she doesn't wear a name tag and she's obviously the same person everyone here is complaining about. We arrived 02/17/25 at 9:45 am.
This lady was extremely rude to my Fiance Tanya Jernigan. She gave our family a hard time kept saying they can't see us even though we had an appointment. Went back and forth about all kinds of things that had nothing to do with anything we did wrong.
How can a medical facility employ someone like this to handle paying customers!!!
Never going back, this lady needs removed from employment. This is the worse experience we have ever gone through!!

My travel company uses Lancorp for all their company employee needs. I usually go to this location, and I am always happy with the service I receive at this location. The staff here always greets you with a smile and is always willing to help you with any concerns. Today's visit was great I originally scheduled an appointment for 2:45p but got out of work early so showed up at 1:15p, I did all my scheduling on line and when checking in the check in kiosk asked me if I wanted to keep my 2:45p appointment or move up to the next available time slot. This made checking in very quick and easy. The lobby area was empty at the time, so I was seen very quickly. I believe I was in and out within 5 to 10 mins for the whole visit. The staff are friendly and very professional.

The cleanliness of the location is very clean and tidy. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked. I wish I had gotten the name of the tech that served me today as she was exceptional. I will definitely continue to use this labcorp location.

HOURS FOR URINE DRUG TEST: Arrive by 3:15pm even though they are open until 4pm they ask that you arrive by 3:15.

FOR BLOOD TESTS: they ask that you arrive by 3:30pm.

I called ahead and asked about their hours because I saw a review that the hours are innacurate. The robot on the phone will tell you their regular hours but if you speak to an actual human they ask that you arrive earlier for certain procedures. Rita helped me get my pre-hire urine drug test done. She was very kind and helpful. The check in machine didn't work on the first attempt. Just try again and it will work eventually, for me it worked on the second try.

The lady at the check in was rude and didn't understand because she didn't listen to me.
I was under the impression that she has mental health issues.
She likes to raise her voice be rude and even tried to tell me if I didn't like it I could go elsewhere. I informed her my doctor said for me to bring my samples here and drop them off. I waited for a few minutes and I nice gentlemen came out and called my name and took me to the room and looked at my samples and asked for paperwork.
I told him it was sent online. He found it in a few seconds and said thank you and your are free to go.
I would of paid when I was there but I'm not giving my money to such a evil person.
I wouldn't trust her to handle cash or be honest with her attitude.
I will talk to my doctor about this and see if there's another way around this unprofessional office.

There is a very rude lady that has acted up with us twice . The first time she jumped on my 83 YEAR OLD MOTHER for going to the wrong restroom!!!! My mom is so sweet to everyone and it clearly shook her .
I came in today with my appt for my mom and the barcode on my phone - the same lady opened the window and I showed her my phone thinking she could scan it and she just stared me down . Finally she said you check in at the kiosk . I was so flustered with how stupid she made me feel and needed help but she wasn’t willing to assist . Next time I will just head straight for that kiosk and ignore her . Wish I had gotten her name .
The first time we went there was a super sweet girl that took my paperwork and helped me every step of the way . Just wished she had been there today !!!!!

Very nice employees. Check in was easy, although the scanner couldn't read my driver's license. I didn't make an appointment, but I was in and out pretty quick.

Hours posted are not hours of service.I arrived before 4pm and the door was locked. Employee came to the door and said she wasn’t staying another 15 minutes. And no where have I seen that drug testing stops at 330. Hours on door and online are posted as 7-4 lunch from 12-1. Very rude response not sure why she even come to the door if she was gonna be that rude!!!

Sat for an hour watching people walking in with no appointment being seen first.
Finally talked to lady about it she said my check in didn't go through. What's the point have having an appointment
