Can't fault service nor workmanship. Their communications and time keeping were excellent. Price was reasonable and attention to detail of the installation was impressive. We were delighted that we had been recommended to use them. We weren't disappointed. Thank you for showing how well things can be done.

We were referred here by our signage guy, said they will get us the plexiglass we need for our business. We went in and shocked when Gina told us it will cost $385.20 for a 72”x13” plexiglass with 4 small holes. Since we were in a crunch we paid, she said it would be ready two days later. We missed their closing time that Friday, and said we’ll give them the weekend too. Got there for pick up on Monday, and Gina informed us that it’s not ready, we asked for an estimated time, since our signage guy does need a date he is supposed to complete our work. She got an attitude and proceed to tell us that “it’s not like you have a grocery store or something “. I felt insulted, as if the fact that we were paying more than 3x the price for the work wasn’t insulting enough. Yes this job was a $65 job at most. We were over charged by Gina, and treated like trash for simply asking for an estimated time, now that the pickup time was now gone. This is poor customer service, and not to mention theft. We asked for a refund, and hope to see every penny back in our account soon. We will never recommend Tri-City Glass to any of our customers or friends.

Just got a piece of glass replaced for my front light. I waited while they cut it for me. The price was fair, the folks were pleasant.

Counter person listened to my needs. Wrote a quick work order and delivered the finished product the following day.

It may have been a simple glass insert for a sofa table but it was important to my wife. The replacement had a very nice "Flat Polish" on the edges and it was a perfect fit.

Thank you for the quick turnaround. The finished product was exactly what I wanted.

Left a phone message over the holiday when they were closed. Within just a few hours of their return, they called to clarify some details of my order. I picked my order up the next morning. The cost was lower than prices on the internet. I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

Won't be my first choice or third. After a few delays to get them to come out they finally showed up for the measuring portion of the adventure. After reviewing the install / proposal we made some changes everyone agreed and work started.
Product shows up wrong, they install it anyway and didn't come back Long story short they come by once a week to collect the balance and we keep showing them the problem, a 4 foot widow that only opens 8 inches, and nothing has been fixed to date. The staff does not seem to care and the owner has decided this is not important enough to deal with so we will see them next week. I will say they may be the best option in the area as the others took weeks to make it out for the quote so.....

Today’s appt was reschedule because the previous technician didn’t put down that they needed the big ladder for my two story house. Off course because he needed it for the other job since they only have one Big ladder. They have been trying to call the tech since 1:30pm and he has the audacity to not answer the phone. I know he doesn’t answer the phone because he did to them while he was at my home! Now everyone is leaving the office and the owner is out of town and can’t speak with me. AND I WAS RESCHEDULED AGAIN FOR MONDAY!!!!!GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Mirrored headboard damaged while moving. Took it in they will order replacement and put it in the frame fore. Problem solved. Staff friendly and knowledgeable of the need for it to match as it is one of a set
