DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!! I’ve had nothing but issues each of the last 5-6 times renewing my prescription, having to make numerous phone calls to get things straightened out.
This renewal, I confirmed with the doctor my numbers would be renewed the same as they were the last order. After 5 or 6 calls, they finally called back—after about a month of me calling! I/they already filed the request for exception with the state for my appointment, but the doctor had no record of it in their files. No numbers were changed for me and the asshole I spoke with kept telling me I was looking at the wrong tab in the mmur, insisting I was wrong and looking at the low-thc. Screen shot of my numbers I wanted is attached for Iona to confirm what they’ve given me in the past few renewals. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!! They will get no more $$ from me.

MAYBE THEY’LL REFUND MY MONEY SINCE THEY CAN’T GET MY ISSUES STRAIGHTENED OUT?

Very straightforward place. Walk in, fill out forms, talk to the doctor for five minutes, you’re good to go. Much much much more affordable than doctorsrx. Iona made it extremely painless and easy to take care of my medical card update. Will come back

For this place to be centered around people with medical conditions, I would expect better. I have been with them for about 3 years, i have never had a problem. I recently renewed my license and since then every few weeks there’s been a problem. They did not renew it correctly. To which I had to wait longer. And it has still not been fixed. Although upset, I kindly asked how I could go about switching doctors, and Jacob stated” google it.” Thankfully I had my grandson with me to overhear this conversation and respond to this horrendous customer service Jacob and Iona are okay with giving. I will never return here and they will never see another $ from me.

After forgetting to call in my amendment, I was not able to smoke marijuana for like three weeks because they lied to me and then they refunded my money. They even admitted they were wrong and the guy Brian, who was my helper, who was great all along till the end, he was the one who lied to me and then to make matters worse. They refunded my money, which was actually nice of them to do, but they didn’t even rebook me a new appointment. They said they wouldn’t do it, which is fine. It was meant to be because they’re obviously doctors who don’t care but I definitely wouldn’t recommend them and I’m gonna take my friends that I had sign up with that clinic and go onto the other doctor. I’m going to now because this place is a bunch of rude people that don’t even answer their phone anyway .

The process was easy, they helped me get the state paperwork done. The doctor was great ! He was generally concerned of my needs , and compassionate with my diagnosis. I would Highly recommend Gregory Sonn to my friends and family!
