So many positive things that I can say about this place! Being newer to the area and finding a new doctor is always a challenge, reading review after review to only hope you land a caring and knowledgeable eye doctor, especially when it has to do with your children. Well, I found one, Dr. Hanley was amazing. The Doctor provides the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. Answered all my questions, gave suggestions, took her time, explained in depth what was going on (when other doctors have never mentioned) and how to treat. I really appreciate her and her staff. They were all very please, patient, and the office itself looks great. Having that much care for your patients is rare and I greatly appreciate it!

My visit was March 19 2025 and was very worried about this visit because it was in association with my VA Claim. In the past 12 years or more I have had to do these visits, I don't feel they went very well or was beneficial to me, so I was not looking for much help. I am sorry it has taken me this long to do this survey, misplaced the card I was given and found it this morning, 3-30-2025, but knew I had to do it.

I wish I could tell all veterans to ask for this Doctor for a proper and meaningful eye evaluation. Not only are her personnel very nice and helpful, she is more than nice, thoughtful, pleasant, is a very good doctor as well as a person. She made me, and my wife, feel very welcomed and thoughtful about my situation. I have had visits before and believed it or not, the longest was 9 minutes and they talked or looked at their computer more than me. This exam was the best and I felt the best of any I have had and do not feel she has to give me what I want, but what every I get from her, I feel very confident is it truthful and complete and she truly did what is required of a person in her position.

Again, I am grateful to her and her office, no matter the outcome for me. Thank you Doctor.

Dr. Hanley was so thorough in her exam and informative in terms of the wellness of my eyes. Excellent selection of eye wear and contacts. Icing on the cake is the Local convenience to the Lake Nona area. My wife and I both are patients and share the 5 Star rating!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience here. The office was nicely decorated and very family friendly! Dr. Hanley and her husband were so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during my exam. Dr. Hanley has the best bedside manner and gave me a few good laughs as well! She explained everything to me and went above and beyond by providing information for products I can use to help alleviate some of my symptoms that none of my previous providers ever mentioned. I drove from Port St. Lucie for this appointment and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Wish I could give you 10 stars! The office is bright, cheery and very clean. The Doctor provides the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. She answered all my questions and took her time to explain why and how to treat.
I purchased a great pair of glasses, that they willingly adjusted until they were just right.
I highly recommend Innovation Eye Care!

I don't usually do reviews. But I had to do this one. The place is clean and cozy, the music is nice. They try to help the customer with everything you need. They have glasses that you can custom make for you. They have an interactive table with games for children. They offer a complimentary drink to the customer. My son is autistic and they treated my son very well. I highly recommend it, don't think twice, come and visit the place with your family.
