I am always so impressed when I visit Hillmoor Optical. I am always treated with such kindness. Dr Ham was very thorough and detailed in performing my eye exam and Veronica was just super helping me pick out the perfect glasses for my budget. You will never be sorry if you visit these nice folks!

EXCELLENT experience!! Veronica and Dr. Lund are amazing! I’ve purchased glasses here before, but this was my first time here for an eye exam and I will definitely be going back! Dr. Lund is great! She’s kind and thorough and listens to what you have to say. Veronica helped me with my frame and lens selection and she is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! This lady knows her stuff and she is so friendly and personable! She listens to your needs and helps you make an informed decision on what’s best for you. I trust her 100% and will ALWAYS go back to her!!

Awesome place to get your eyes checked they care and listen to what you have to say. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! They always look out for their patients if something was wrong they will go out of there way and help you if they can. If I could give more stars I would!

Way overpriced. Compare prices with anywhere nearby and this is much more expensive. Same product, higher prices! Worse customer service. They do not have a return policy at all. Some staff is kind, others are very prideful and demeaning.

Responding to the owners response. You do not even recognize how poor of a response you gave. Saying the opposite of what I said without any info. What is your’ return policy? Please share.
