If you're looking for a contractor that is ethical, timely and thorough, look no further than HBS. I had them replace a sliding door and four windows and they did an excellent job from start to finish.

The job was originally scheduled for Oct '24 but I had to reschedule a day before the scheduled installation date. The HBS general manager, the salesman and the front desk personnel made the rescheduling process painless.

The job was rescheduled for Jan '24 and the installation went smoothly! The installation crew showed up on time and they accomplished the installation without a problem.

Ronnie needs recognition for the work he does for your business. He was professional and courteous. He takes great pride in his work and he polishes your businesses' reputation whether Rob or Ray know it or not. He did an amazing job with the impact windows and door in the front of my condo and he saved this review from heading south on the rear impact windows here at my condo in Vista Royale here in Vero Beach. Install was great. Installers did a wonderful job and cleaned up thoroughly. Door from manufacturer had a defect and HBS sent someone out the next day. Problem is being corrected.

If there were a 6-star review, HBS would get it. Their two-man team assessed my problem with efficiency and replaced the ballast to fix the problem with professionalism and courtesy. The cost of the repair was very decent and fair - as I said, SIX stars. Thank you, HBS.

I love the new lanai windows that HBS installed. Communication was great. They were easy to talk with if I called on the phone. The staff who installed the windows were polite, answered questions and cleaned up afterwards. I definitely recommend HBS.

Fantastic company our front door was shattered by the landscaper on accident and they happen to have our door as a floor model that had been discontinued. We are able to purchase the unit and they installed that same day. I recently had an impact glass insert installed in my front entry door. The staff was great to work with in choosing and ordering the insert I was looking for and the door looks absolutely gorgeous! All of my friends and neighbors have commented on how beautiful it looks. The installation went very smoothly and the installers were very professional and polite. The door not only looks great, but it is hurricane impact rated. I am so happy with this purchase and I recommend HSB to anyone who wants to make their home more beautiful and safe.

Very nice speaking with Feather over the phone, great customer service. HBS replaced a kitchen window break from a golf ball, right after the hurricane and tornados, but I have my new window, and everyone I dealt with from my first phone call, to the man who measured the window....to the two great installers.....very happy.
