He took the time to explain everything to me and gave me all my options… Every team member is wonderful at from the receptionist to picking out my glasses and being ready on the same day … Congratulations for offering a service with such good quality to our community.

If I could give this place a zero, I would.

Hubby's work just recently changed insurance providers (new cards, new plans, etc) so found this place online. Reviews from their website were good and was convenient to our travels (to-from work, school, etc) plus they had online scheduling to get an appt.
So, made an appt for today for two of us. Show up at the place and Andi at the front desk, first of all, didn't even greet us, in fact the little snot wasn't even there when we got there. What she was doing in the back room was hard to say.

Secondly, she asks if we have insurance. I produce the cards. She informs me they don't take that insurance and wanted to know if I knew for sure if it was from this company or sub-contracted with someone else. I explained that I didn't know for sure as this was a new plan for us, but I also was sure they were listed on their website as an "in network" provider. I even showed her on the website where it listed them as a provider. She was extremely indifferent.

Without even bothering to call, she just basically shoos us out of the office. So, I call insurance co on the way home and I find out that they DO, in fact, take that insurance. So much for customer service on Gulf Coast's part, and they've lost four of us as customers for a long, long time. Sad fact..............

Horrible service even worse customer service.
First I didn’t receive my contacts, it was a song and a dance and after a month and a half they finally reordered them andddddd I got the wrong order so 2 weeks after that, I finally got my contacts. After call after call after call .. and then taking my information and stating they will call me back .. in that approximately two month process, I received not ONE call . Then when I finally think the nightmare is over .. I get a bill !! With my name misspelled stating they could not verify my insurance.. well I wonder why .. when I tried calling now for a week to fix this issue .. called 4 times and once again .. not a single call back ! What kind of business is this ?

Surpassed my expectations and any other doctor that I have seen in my 53 years. Very impressed. Above and beyond expectations, Doctor was great explaining and helping me achieve the best prescription for me.

Beware! Received a bill a couple weeks later after my visit. I was lied to about how much a service was. Not trust worthy. Just look at the ratings.

I was traveling from out of town and bent my frames. It was a minor repair and they fixed them quickly, at no charge.
