I honestly can't believe this business gets such high reviews. I had a small impact frosted window that was most likely hit by the mowers at my condo. It shattered one side of it, leaving the inside in tact. The technician came out fairly quickly to measure it and then came the fiasco to follow. It took months to wait for the glass to come in. I actually moved and had the place for sale. I kept calling and was told they didn't know what the problem was... that it was the place they ordered it from. Meanwhile, they were holding half my money (and it was expensive). When it finally came in, I found out that the reason it took so long was because it was measured incorrectly and was considered a special order. When the other came in, it was still incorrect and had to be ordered again because it was too small (it was the same person measuring it, btw). My realtor kept having to go to meet the guy. It was a bit inconvenient. This company was recommended by a contractor who was my neighbor. I suggested that when the job finally got done, way too long after the initial phone call, I should get a discount or something, but of course, that didn't happen. To me, this is poor customer service. Everyone makes mistakes but at least acknowledge it. I wouldn't recommend them for this reason.

Very fast response for a golf ball broken kitchen window. Courteous and was able to replace the glass pane in about 45 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable. I will certainly call them again if another glass situation occurs. Just

Had an appointment today from 9-1, nobody showed up or called. I had to call the office. Told me the tech would call me back with a time. Waited until 230, I called them back and cancelled my appointment. Please improve your customer service.
