I can’t express how satisfied I am with the services and professionalism this company provided at all times. They are amazing and detailed at what they do. I researched other companies and by far this was the best one. They did not prove me wrong. Joan and his entire team ( especially Leonel, Frank and Juvenal) did an EXCELLENT JOB. I will highly recommend them to anyone. The prices are reasonable and their quality is superb! They can be busy at times but it is understandable due to the great job they do. I wanted to refrain from leaving this company a bad review given that the shower glass door looks beautiful and the price was very affordable. However, here we are and this is my personal experience. I placed the order via phone, the company did not come out to measure given that my contractor provided me with what he thought would be the perfect size for my shower. I placed the order on Thursday March 18th and I was told that it will be arriving to their store the following Tuesday (3/23/21) afternoon and that they will come the following day (3/24/21) to install. I called to confirm on (3/22/21) and they told me that it had not yet arrived and that the will for sure come to install on Thursday (3/25/21). On Thursday, they called me in the morning to tell me that the shower door had cracked and that they were going to do everything in their power to get a new one and come later that afternoon.. I am not sure how something that took a week to get to a store is now going to take a couple of hours to resolve, but ok. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They called me in the afternoon and stated that they will be arriving to my home in half an hour. So finally they show up to my home around 5:30pm, first thing I notice is that the installers are not using gloves to handle the glass which I personally think should be enforced. They go ahead and install the glass, drill the three clips and proceed to seal it, the installer then tells me to give it 24hrs to dry, which I did. My husband went ahead and paid them via Zelle. The following day after the 24hrs I am taking a shower and I notice that water is leaking through the clips. I decided to grab my shower hose and verify if all three clips were leaking which indeed they were. I immediately contacted them to let them know of the issue. This is when it gets really unprofessional. They tell me that they will send someone out next week , which they did on Wednesday (3/31/21) after several calls were made.

In response to the owner/manager:
Your response says more about your company culture than what you are claiming to be. Whether water splashes out of a fixed door has nothing to do with the fact that the clips are leaking & it should have been taken care of. You took a job that was 30 miles away from your office? I have nothing to do with that, & that was a business decision on your end, that we changed the sizing of the door & you failed to mention it was going to be more money.. also, a bad business decision on your end. I am not here to argue, but to point out the fact that I am not the only customer that has had an issue with the lack of communication from you guys. All I asked was to be told when you guys will come out to fix the problem & you failed to do so because you kept ignoring my calls, but as soon as I leave the review you guys text me & call me... give me a break! Also, you want me to call you after accusing me of being rude and giving your installers attitude and pretty much saying I am a complainer? Who in their right mind is not going to complain about a leak and expect it to be fixed? And how dare you state that your installers had to wait for the shower to dry in order to apply the sealant when I was already in the shower when you guys decided to call without notice that you were already outside...you guys really need to learn how to talk to customers and how to respond to these reviews.

This company does a very poor job with communication! Gave down payment for a shower door job that was scheduled to take no more than 2 weeks. 1 month later, I had to call about an installation date because NOBODY communicated.
