Outstanding work, especially given the fact that the installers of the replacement windshield noticed that it had a small crack in it as well. They got another one within a day and came back a second time to install it just before we had to leave town. They were friendly and very good at what they do. Recommend them highly.

Auto Glass Now showed up on a list of insurance-approved vendors when I got a chip in my windshield that quickly turned into more than 12-inch long meandering crack. They were responsive and flexible in coming to my location, which was a good hour from their home base. The only hitch was that on the first attempt, the technician got all the way out to my car and discovered that the first replacement glass was itself cracked. At least he checked BEFORE removing mine!

The second attempt went smoothly the next day. He was done before I even knew he was there, and I was happy with my brand new windshield. The car is a newer model, so the windshield had some technology built into it, but everything worked as it was supposed to. Five stars for their service, minus one for arriving with a damaged replacement part that likely could have been caught before they left the shop.

I got my windshield replaced with gator glass with them being recommended by my insurance. Not only was Sandy really quick returning my calls but walked me through the process seamlessly and scheduled my replacement next day. I would def recommend!!!!
