El doctor Furninari tiene muy poca paciencia para tratar a los niños, hace expresiones con su cara demasiado desagradables, no entiendo cómo aceptan seguros de niños si no saben trabajar con ellos

I went on dec.16 to get new glasses, they ordered my prescription. They told me they would be ready by January 3. It's January 22, and I'm still waiting for the glasses. Call them but they don't have yet. I Will Never do Business With Them Ever.

Dr. Furnari is an excellent eye doctor. I have been going to him for many year. He is extremely knowledgeable, especially with getting the best fit for contact lenses. He and his office staff are friendly and helpful.

I will never go back not only that they messed up my prescription since I can see better with my old glasses then the glasses I got from this place. It was unacceptable that I went there today to have my glasses corrected but they wanted me to sit there to see the doctor in between patients. Who knows how long I would of sat there waiting to see the Doctor to fix the error they made with my glasses. I had called before going there to find out if I needed an appointment and was told that I did not. I got there before their appointments showed up/signed in therefore I thought I would be seen right away so I waited but then I noticed that they started calling their appointments first although I was there before them. I don't have the time to sit there for hours to get fix what they messed up. The lady in the front handled this unprofessional and that has caused for me to never go back! I will be calling the insurance company to complain about this office and would let everyone I know how they don't care about their patients.

I have been going to Dr. Gerald Funari since I was about 20 years old and the ONLY reason I go here is for him. The office is HORRIBLE. It’s a zoo. My husband and I had our exam with Dr Funari - great! Then they try to sell you super expensive glasses. No thank you. We have insurance. What do we get through our insurance? (Which allows $300 each) Not much! My husband ordered a pair of glasses and I ordered contact lenses which I still had to pay extra for! They said allow 4-6 weeks. Eight weeks later I call. Had to leave a voicemail. Four voicemails later no call back! Finally went there IN PERSON and my husband’s glasses had been sitting there for a month! No call! No return call! My contacts - that’s another story. Ordered but no record beyond that. No follow up. I made the girl at the front desk call in front of me to find out what was going on. They were reordered and said they would come within a week. I will believe it when I actually pick them up. Got a reference number and names. I needed another pair to get me through and, of course, they did not have my exact prescription but at least I got something.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE unless all you want is an exam. Everything beyond that is a joke!
