Thank you, Kara, Stacie, and everyone at Friendly Eyes. I can’t recall the girl’s name who conducted my actual exam, but everyone there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My visit exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very approachable and made me feel at ease. Dr. Anderson was highly professional and helpful, making my experience much smoother and more comfortable.

The eye exam was thorough and professional, however the sales rep pushing glasses does not listen to her customers. I clearly stated I would not be buying glasses today after the exam. We had just went through a Hurricane and multiple Tornadoes in Stuart and needed to get some things done after my eye exam she obviously did not care about anything but sales that ruined the experience three times after telling her no she still tried that’s not sales that’s harassment.

Everyone was very nice. The remote Dr. was fantastic. If that approach allows the economics of the Dr. taking the time to explain snd adjust perscription, I'm in favor of it.

Cindy was great she made me laugh it was nice and Doctor Dixon was very professional and answered all my questions! Nice selection of frames as well!! Everyone was nice!!!

Everyone was very nice but they were running over an hour behind and didn't bother to even say anything. Just made me feel as though my time was not as important. Was very disappointed as I had plenty of other things to do that I didn't get to complete because I was just sitting there for an extra hour plus.

My wife and I were helped by 3 different employees. Christy amd Cindy performed our eye exams while Kara took care of us for our glasses. They were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff was very nice,Robert greeted me the 1st day with a warm welcome.The only thing that i am too satisfied is the length that it takes to receive the glasses.

Len's Crafters is the best place for eye care. The staff and physician are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They discuss the exam process and results in language you can understand. I highly recommend them.
