From the very first time we visited A Rite they were professional and took the time to understand what our vision was. Ruby was great to work with and was very patient with us. WENDY DID NOT VERBALLY ABUSE ANYONE... AND WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT. WE WANT A REFUND OR OUR PRODUCT...GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. ALL YOU NEEDED TO DUE WAS CONTACT US LIKE WE RESPECTFULLY REQUESTED.

We have been using A Rite Glass since 1988 and recommended them to everyone, this year we dropped off templates for them to cut glass for a project. We paid in full and when we went to pick up the glass it was not cut to the templates that were provided for this job, after speaking with Audrey several times she said we signed off on not having a pattern (shop terms), we had no idea what a pattern was and thought it was a design in the glass, after Audrey explained that the pattern was the templates we were very confused why they were not used, after all they had the templates for this project from the very start.
Instead of Audrey and owner Matthew Williams taking care of this miscommunication we were told by Audrey that they no longer will be business with us. This is not the proper way to resolve this situation. We have made several attempts to contact the owner Matthew Williams with no response from the owner and we have confirmation he read the e-mails we sent. We have asked for our templates and they claim they do not have them, Ryan said he saw them at the shop. We have no glass, no refund, no resolution, we have been ROBBED by this new company owner. Being a well-respected company ourselves it shows by the resent reviews that Matthew Williams does not care about his work or reputation in our community, all we want is resolution how can you take someone's money and give them nothing. This is not A-Rite this is A-Wrong.

I saw a young man at wawa with an A Rite Glass shirt on. And needing service I asked if your company could help. My son accidentally had broken one of our windows with a baseball. He said yes we can help, i asked his name (tommy) and had 100 questions The knowledge this man had was amazing and even though I had tons if questions he was happy to answer them all and gave me information on different glass types, he even told me that glass is green but looks clear which i had no clue and found fascinating..He also let me know you do shower doors which was great as I'm about to start renovation on 3 of my bathrooms soon and would need new shower doors. I will for sure be requesting Tommy to be the installation guy. As a business owner myself i find it a blessing when an employee after hours is kind enough to speak with a potential customer and sell our services .. he's definitely a keeper ..
