They made them go to a consultation with my wife, they walked us through all the instrument rooms, paying the insurance $1600 each and they did nothing to us. Think it over before you make an apoitment.

Excellent experience. Have been to optometrists my entire life as I was born with one blind eye. I have never experienced such an in depth and personal exam. This is one doctor with a professional staff that works closely with her. You will be tested on several machines and then some, based on your needs. I was so impressed I had my husband take one to double check his prior exams. We left with more information and options to deal with our eye issues after this doctor personally shows you why she is making her recommendations. Then her staff helps you with your glasses depending on your budget and vision needs. They are very patient and do not talk you into things you cannot afford or that will not look good on you because of the designer cost. We left feeling safe and cared about. I would strongly recommend anyone, no matter what stages you are in your eye-care to visit this doctor. It's nice not to be a number or have add on after add on resulting in cheap frames and lenses that are hurting your eyes instead of curing your issues.

The staff is not helpful. I listened to them completely lie to another customer about what polarization does in order to convince them that they needed it for their sunglasses. I went in for eye pain, the doctor sold me a pair of glasses for computer use, which was not the issue. A waste of hundreds of dollars. I went to an ophthalmologist afterward who correctly diagnosed my issue.

Edit: In response to the reply from the business. I do not have a lack of knowledge of polarization. I'm a professional photographer and use polarized filters all the time for work. I know exactly what polarization does, and while it is really nice the information being given was not correct.

Dr. Fowler is very experienced, thorough and friendly. Kristine did my exam quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. They are super in this office! My husband and I agree we have never had such a thorough eye exam!

I had a wonderful experience at Eyes Etc. Optical. The staff took the time to make sure my prescriptions were correct. They made sure I utilized our insurance to its fullest and even made recommendations for blue light lenses and glare reducing lenses that have really helped my eyesight. They are caring and compassionate and the shop is welcoming. I highly recommend this team. (Make sure to check out the art in the hallways and rooms which include images of Dr.’s dogs!)

Five stars is not a sufficient rating for this optometrist office. The entire team is amazing. I had glasses from a large eye glass chain that were incorrect. Dr Fowler & her associates spent much time with me to get the correct prescription. If you are looking for an optometrist that has top notch equipment plus an incredible caring customer service you have found it at this office.
