My son and I went in last night for a new pair of glasses. Zach was there by himself along with the guy making the glasses. He was absolutely wonderful! This place is amazing. Been going there for a long time. My daughter feels very comfortable there and I love the prices on the glasses! The lab guy Tim is a hard worker, takes pride in all his work there! My daughter glasses are always perfect and we never have to go back for a redo.

I always enjoy getting my glasses at Eye Mart Express. The people are always so nice! Today I had Zach. He help me and was so kind. He helped me with the insurance and help me get the best deals for me. He answered all my many questions. He is polite and courteous and very patient.

I took my grandmother Dec 4 ‘24 The doctor and staff were excellent. Only consists was that my grandmother had to wait two weeks to get her glasses due to the polycarbonate machine being broken. Yet she loves her glasses with the transition lenses. When we picked them up (Dec 31 ‘24 due to us being out of town for Christmas when they were ready on the 20th), a gentlemen ginger hair assisted. I wish I would have asked for his name… Such a nice and caring person.. I’ll recommended Eyemart to anyone

Zach was amazing
The issue i have is my glasses are broke. They keep telling me my lens have done something they have never seen in the lab. It happened 4 times. Then i get a call telling me the lenses will be delivered next day. Then i call just now and my lenses aren't even there. If i wanted to wait this long, i would've gone to another place. The staff are all nice.

The staff there were awesome. The manager has just transferred from North Alabama and she is great. She is in the process of training some new staff so patient is needed right now. Overall a great experience.
