I’ve shopped at Edward Beiner years ago and purchased quality glasses and their company stood by their products. Not anymore! I spent almost $1,000 on a pair of Balmain sunglasses. Within a couple weeks the sunglasses tint began to rub off just from using the included lens cleaning cloth, then screws started to fall out, and the side glare fins that I thought were part of the glasses frame began to fall off. I returned them to Edward Beiner confident that they would stand behind their product but I was so very wrong. Corporate policy is no returns or exchanges after 14-days, period. Doesn’t matter if your $1,000 purchase was defective or not. When a retailer does me wrong, I don’t retaliate, I just post as many negative and true comments I can on Google, Yelp, and every other social media platform I can find. My belief if that of a company wants to screw you, the pen is mightier than the sword. Hopefully enough potential customers see that this is not the type of business to do business with.

The young man who helped me select a frame was great. He showed me his transitional glasses an assured me my frame would do as well when a glass was added. It did and I can't tell you the amount of likes i have received on this frame. Good job!

The Store at Millenia Mall. Angela was extraordinary in her meticulous service and detail follow thru. Her regional manager Cole. Exceptional in insuring my glasses were delivered timely. After 15 purchased high level frames and transitional lenses, this group at EBeiner is by far the best ever.

Will was so kind to me and helped me out by repairing a pair of my favorite Dior sunglasses that nobody else could/would help repair! The shop has gorgeous designer sunglasses and I can’t wait to purchase my next pair from them! Highly recommend checking them out next time you’re at Mall at Millenia.
