Today I had one of the best shopping experiences in my life. From the moment I walked in the door, the sales associate Lynn Altieri warmly greeted me, and we discussed my preferences and needs. She went above and beyond, pulling out dozens of pairs of glasses to make sure I found the perfect two that fit my style and personality. I purchased a pair of Chrome Hearts and Maui Jim glasses, and I’m very happy with my choices.

I love this place. These guys really have an amazing collection of high quality and unique glasses. I was really impressed with their sales team, especially David, the manager. David was very friendly, had great energy, and is extremely knowledgeable. In 2 seconds he understood my face structure, head size, bridge of my nose and showed me glasses that really looked good on me and felt very comfortable. This made it really simple to find the perfect pair I really liked. In a world of cookie cutter stores and mediocre help, this really was a very refreshing experience.

What a phenomenal experience visiting this location. Style selection and service was above and beyond. David was knowledgeable about current fashions and showcased the best optical options I have ever found anywhere. David helped me select two different pairs that were absolutely perfect and could not have done it without him. Anyone looking for glasses that are unique and different this store is a MUST for you. I purchased two very high-end frames from another store. One pair was not handled well and became scratched; the other took nearly a month to arrive. When I received them, I found that somebody fitted the lenses incorrectly, and the frames differed from those I had ordered. I called David and explained my frustration after spending nearly $3,000. He worked with the original store manager and the lab to redo one of my frames. The other frame he reordered and personally made sure that the lab did a meticulous job fitting my Lindberg rimless lenses. Best of all, David stayed in touch, kept me updated, and then scheduled a time for me to meet up with him so that my fitting would be perfect. In the future, I will never shop anywhere else. Thank you David!
