My review is about quality and durability. I purchased glasses here in 2014 or 2015. Over the years, the lenses have been replaced multiple times to accommodate adjustments in prescription. However the frames have remained in near perfect condition. And sure I have dropped them some. Life happens. But wow my frames still look great and fit my face well to this day!

Despite me telling them that I needed a wide frame, the man convinced me than a 52mm would be fine. Of course, those glasses I spent $700 on still give me headaches. I ended up ordering another pair online and asked EB for my pupillary distance as it wasn't on my Rx; the woman at the store refused to give it to me. I followed up with an email and while I did receive the measurement, there was literally no other text in their response. Clearly they couldn't care less about the poor experience that has been provided.

I'm giving two stars bc Dr. Firebrand was great. The rest of the staff, however, was horrendous.

I have been going to Maritza at this location for years. She is an amazing eyewear specialist, her attention to detail is unmatched and she fits and repairs glasses like nobody I have ever seen. She is the only one I trust with my eyeglasses.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to the exceptional staff at Edward Beiner. I went here to fix my eyeglasses. It was a minor thing, but no one would really like to do it for you if you didn't buy the item from them. However, Edward Beiner welcomed me and solved my problem. She even didn't charge me for it. I was so impressed by her. I want all people to know there's a lovely place in Brickell. Thank you so much!!

Thank you, Dr Firestone, and team! It's so nice to have such a great facility nearby. Dr Firestone is super friendly and knowledgeable; eye exams to me can be such a pain, but the doctor was patient and informative about everything.

The store itself is very clean and beautifully laid out with such lovely things on display; it seemed a little intimidating at first. The staff is warm and friendly, and helped patiently guide me to the right pair of glasses that looked great.

Picking up my prescription today was a breeze. I hardly had to wait at all, and was given some good guidance.

A place I surely look forward to return to.

Went there to get an eye exam today at the Brickell location. After refusing any additional treatments that the insurance wouldn't cover( verbal and in writing to the front desk staff and the dr) and making very clear that I am just looking to get a basic eye exam I was charged additional $40 for " contact lens fitting." Please note, I made very clear that I won`t be getting lenses from them ( I order them on line) and that I will be going with the same lenses ( size and brand) as I used in the past. Which was also dr. favorite choice.
Not an honest practice - very rude manager. Charge will be disputed.
