Went to this location today to look around and was made very uncomfortable by an associate. He followed people around outside the doors talking about the story of Jesus and also continued to follow people inside telling them Jesus loves them etc. I understand freedom of speech, but this associate followed and would not leave people alone about the story of Jesus. I think there should be a time and place for this conversation, but NOT at work and NOT to strangers coming into a store to buy your products. Not sure I’ll be back again.

By far the worst Customer Service ever. Needed help finding something, online showed that their store had multiple of the items I was looking for still in stock. Ask the gentleman I do believe his name is Rich/Rick completely gave me an attitude and told me whatever’s over there was left on the floor. Instead of helping me, he walked away. then he ignored my mother-in-law when she tried to speak to him. Found a few other associates on the floor asked them for help. They radio the same guy I asked the first time to meet me over in the section, I was trying to buy something. Waited there for a good 20 Walking around, trying to locate what I was trying to find. Eventually I walked up to the cash register, asking the young lady The second time for someone to help. She tried to radio the first guy again and he completely wanted nothing to do with it. She tried to tell me that the item was not in stock. I asked her to check her inventory because online it was showing multiple brands still having some left. After looking it up, She told me that there were some in stock that they were in the back. Waited another 10 + mins and finally got what I was looking for. I have to say this is probably the last time I will shop at the store.Very disappointed on how Ignorant, some people can be!

So I purchased 2 bicycles. The quality of the bikes (Nishiki) were sub-standard. According to the receipt I have 90 days to return the bikes it we are unhappy. I called the store and spoke to the assistant manager (Paul) who refused to give me his last name (why I don’t know). He told me we have 24 hours to return bikes, which makes no sense if purchased for Christmas. I will never do business with this store again. Buyer be ware!!! They do not stand behind their products.

I ordered my son a Fl Gator shirt for Christmas but I ordered for Christmas present it was early bc I always do my shopping early. The shirt was too big My son tried to take it back today and they told him no refund bc it’s been over 90 days!! That’s awful it was never mentioned in the online order!!I will never shop at that store EVER again again!! Order was $60!!!! Not right at all!!Still has tags on it and a receipt! I’ll give them 0 star!!😡 Poor customer service! Rip off!!
