If you need any Auto Glass, Darren Thomas Glass is the only place to go. They are very professional, courteous and prompt to get your glass needs done. Called about a large crack in my windshield on Tuesday afternoon. Haley assisted to get proper pics for my insurance company, arranged a conference call and got the order placed immediately. Windshield was replaced on Wednesday. SUPER SERVICE!

We went to this facility to have 2 fogged up RV windows replaced. Ironically we had planned on going to another facility but our trip route was changed to weather. After searching the internet we came upon this business and since we have family in the area decided to make the trek down to Sebring. Immediately upon our arrival we were met with Hailey who confirmed what we wanted changed and confirmed the quoted price. In mere minutes our unit was driven into the compound which has 30/50amp plus electricity.. most importantly the sites were level.
We were told they would take the coach in a 815 the next morning ( which was our appointment time) . And this happened right on time which is a positive sign to me. We had indicated we would be gone till after dark which was no problem to them. Later in the afternoon they had called to confirm our coach was complete and was parked outside and plugged in (which they also do when working on your coach ) . Upon our arrival back after dark we were pleasantly surprised that the unit was in fact plugged in but they also left the lights on for us.. Nice touch. The glass replacement looks top notch with the automotive style glass. These people know their products... upon our arrival they pointed out that our windows had been installed upside down as the laser etched label was actually at the top. As we are 3rd owners we have no history as to what created the need to pull both sets of windows . As a side note during our 2 day stay here there were an additional 6-7 other coaches coming in for work. That says a lot to us. We hope to return next winter and replace 3 smaller windows that are starting to fog but at the current time their schedule was booked out for awhile.
Can't say enough positive things regarding this business. Keep up the excellent work.

If you value great customer service go to Darren Thomas Glass Co. They are the best. Hailey gives excellent customer service. She helped me file my insurance claim to get my windshield replaced and made everything so very easy for me, she's the best. Absolutely highly recommend The Never Fog Windows. Darren & staff replaced the glass in all nine windows in our 2010 Itasca Cambria. Started at 8:30 March 15 and completed by 4:30 March 16. Our coach now looks brand new. Our dual pane windows were starting to fog so decided to have them all done. They did an incredible job. Meri did a great job at scheduling, pricing and and arranging for us to stay the night before in their very secure lot with water and electricity. Awsome folks to work with.
