This company is top notch! They were outstanding from the first phone call, all the way to the actual install. Every single employee that I spoke to or met was outstanding, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Their customer service was so genuine. Sheila was so informative and patient with my questions. They hauled away my old glass and the workmanship is clean/high quality. Thank you!!!

We accidentally broke a patio door glass. Called 3 places this place had fair pricing or better with everyone else. But everyone else said the glass was 2 weeks out. Custom glass had the glass in stock and installed the next day for us. The two technicians they sent out were super professional and curious. Will use again and highly recommend. Thanks!

Custom Glass & Door did what great businesses do best...helped me solve a problem. We had a custom piece that we were looking for, I reached out to multiple companies and could not find someone to help us fulfill our needs. I called Custom Glass and Brandon and Kelsey worked with us to get our custom piece ordered and installed for us. Had a home built by Hickman Homes and Custom Glass & Doors was hired as the sub for my bathroom door. After a month or two of use, the door sagged and would no longer close or open properly. Also a liability that the heavy glass will fall on someone. The came back and adjusted the door under warranty (1 Year) however two months later and the glass is sagging again. They state the door was installed according to manufacturers specs so apparently the door will need to be adjusted every two months. Along with this issue, the gasket in the handle has already cracked and pieces fallen out. Now the handle rattles loose. So frustrating! Not Quality!

Can’t recommend this place enough! I came in with a piece of glass for a table that needed replacement, it was a custom kind and size, and Kelsey was a lifesaver! She identified the best match in color, thickness and quality and when I mentioned this was an emergency for a project due today she quickly made arrangements for a rush order and now we have exactly what we needed. I called Custom Glass & Doors looking for tempered glass to cover our coffee table that has a defect on its top. She recommended 1/4 inch glass that she felt would be better than tempered glass. I gave her the measurements. She quoted me a price that was reasonable. I also emailed her a picture of the table so the corners could be rounded to fit. Within about 18 hours she called to tell me the glass was ready. We picked up the piece of glass, it was wrapped well. We were also given small clear disks for the glass to sit on. The glass fits perfectly! We are so happy with this. They saved us money that we would have spent on a new table. Sheila and their staff were great! Their price seemed reasonable. We would recommend them. We will use them again should the need arise.

We had a glass piece cut for a desk we just refinished from Custom Glass today. What a beautiful job! Customer Service Representative at front desk was very helpful and kind. The finish on the glass was amazing. Very fair pricing! They cut it while we waited. Definitely going back with other pieces! Thank you!
