Just received a Beretta competition clay o/u through Pedro in the Naples location, who was incredibly helpful over the phone and walked me through everything very thoroughly. He is awesome to work with. Responds to emails immediately. He also has a YouTube channel, which is an incredible resource and drove me to Cole’s. 5/5 stars. The Beretta is exceptional. Cole is one of the only retailers who posts pictures of the actual pieces so you can see the woodwork. They are also an authorized warranty center. It isn’t worth purchasing a beretta or high end piece through anyone else.

After this experience I would never purchase a firearm through anyone but Pedro/Cole.

My experience with Cole’s has been terrible with the people at the Naples location. Last week I purchased a grade 5 wood set over the phone, the next day I checked the tracking it showed the package hadn’t been received I figured it was Christmas and maybe in a couple of days it would show up, as of the following Monday no tracking or wood. I called the Naples location spoke with the parts lady Kari she had no information for me and was looking into it. I then asked if I could speak to the manager to find out what was going on. Deion then said he would get to the bottom of it by the end of the day. By the end of the day I got a tracking number and supposedly my stock was shipped today Wednesday dec 11 I get a notification my parts was here but noticed on my camera no ups truck and surely a stock wasn’t going into my mail box. I get home to find an envelope very confused I opened it to find someone else’s parts. I then text the other person to find they had my stock and he said he had received my stock on Friday.
I understand mistakes happen I think the main issue here was I was lied to and there never was a stock shipped to me Monday, I called back very frustrated at 530pm was given another tracking number and was told it was over nighted, this isn’t fixing the issue I was lied to.
My second issue the day I bought the stock I asked Kari to put me thru to someone about having a stock built for me, a lady answered she says it’s $200. I knew very well to fit a custom stock it’s not $200 I then told her no I want a stock built I get put on hold she comes back “sir we don’t build stocks for the a400 anymore” I just said okay and figured I’ll try a competitor.
Lastly months prior to all this maybe August or September being an owner of two second hand Cole pros I wanted to purchase a lusso grade a400. The person I purchased the two from had a lusso grade and recommended contacting Kelly. I call Kelly to buy one she says they was not producing any lusso a400 due to them releasing the luxe model first. I had sold a krieghoff k80 and had money to spend on this gun and I was ready to buy she told me even if she could it take a few weeks to build I was okay with that I just wanted a black lusso she insisted she wanted me to see the luxe model first that it would resemble the 391 but after it was released that’s probably far from a 391 and hideous compared to the previous lusso grade a400.
On a positive note I’ll say Pedro is by far one of the best assets they have at that location and the most knowledgeable about their product. The following day after being told they don’t make custom stocks for the a400 I received a call from Pedro giving me the run down what it would take, making the appointment what I needed to bring and to set the appointment up. I was told they would be at the jack links shoot and since I’d possibly be at that shoot I could get fitted all at once.
Cole has the market cornered for the a400 no one else does anything like they do for the a400 or even offers any parts like they do so now I have two guns that I shoot every weekend that now when they break who do I call? Can they even be trusted? What about other beretta shotgun products I plan on buying that may need a repair in the future?
I can only hope that their other locations aren’t as bad as this one and can get better service than I did, I shoot with a group of guys every weekend that all shoot a400 and heard nothing but great things about them but they definitely fell short for me. I know this experience has definitely stopped me from using Cole’s again and also made me question buying anymore berettas as well.
Here’s a update: Dion refunded me some money for the troubles and taking time to send the other person their parts to them, I get the stock in today open the box and the shim for the front forearm is missing out the box good job cole!

The " Coles Experience " is real ! I'd give this company 10 stars if I could but instead of leaving a 5 star and moving on, I will explain why they are the best in the business.
I purchased a Premium Beretta shotgun and out of the box it had a faulty ejector ! Shame on Beretta for letting $ 10,500.00 gun leve their hands not working correctly and I did call Beretta first and they told me 6-8 weeks after they received it.
I called Coles and spoke directly to Rich and explained my situation and how i felt inside holding such an expensive brand new shotgun that is useless. We spoke about the ejector and he assured me if I got it to him, he would jump right on it and make things right for me and that's just what he did, I overnighted the forend to him, the next day he had it repaired and back in the mail to me. This is almost unheard of this day and age, I can't thank you and your wife enough !

There is definitely a reason that Cole’s has the reputation that they do among those that shoot. My son was having gun fit issues from having outgrown the shotgun he had been using to compete with in shotgun sports for the past year and a half. I took him to Cole’s where we dealt with Pedro over the course of multiple visits. I can’t say that we were the easiest customers to ever deal with, but Pedro was incredibly patient with my son and I, showing us the different options and what would work best for competing in shotgun sports for my 11 year old son, as he is on the short side, but also still growing. My son finally decided on a Beretta A400 Cole Pro semi-auto shotgun with a TSK stock, and he couldn’t be happier with it. The gun fits him perfectly now and Pedro made sure the gun fit him exactly as it should before we left Cole’s so that he wouldn’t have any issues with that once he started shooting it. They also made sure the wood finish matched before sending it out to us, showing a nice attention to detail. My son loves his new gun and has had zero issues with it since we received it. Pedro also patiently explained everything we need to know about the TSK stock as my son grows. I would highly recommend Cole’s. They gave us an honest opinion and helped my son find what would work best for him. I never felt rushed or pressured and we’ve been extremely satisfied during the process of finding and buying a gun and with the gun itself since we’ve gotten it.

My Zoli was shooting a little barrel heavy, just enough to bother me. I called Pedro, and he recommended we add some weights to the stock. Just got it back and shot for the first time this weekend, wow what a difference!! Thank you Pedro and Cole Guns!
