my insurance recommended this company to get my windshield replaced. i spoke w julio on the phone to get an appt set up & he was very pleasant to speak w. he was able to get my windshield replaced while i was at work in less than an hour. when i saw my windshield i was very disappointed, not only did they do a horrible job but they also damaged my car. there’s scratches & scraping on the plastic panels. the window looks like it was just glued on top rather than being properly placed, it’s crooked. my rearview camera is also crooked & the angle is moved. the most important detail of this is that my lane departure assistance sensor was also damaged, while trying to get home after work it activated multiple times when it wasn’t supposed to causing me to almost crash into the car next to me. the only way i could deactivate this safety feature was to go under the speed limit, impeding traffic which in turn is unsafe as well. i do believe this needs to be addressed immediately partly for the reputation they held with my insurance, for the damage that’s been done to my 2 year old car, & for the potential harm i could’ve been put into
