I dropped my car off at my dealership and for a 10,000 mile service and they checked my windshield for damage. They fixed a small chip in there, free of charge and later on I received a phone call where they asked me if I was given my warranty card.
They informed me that they will report this to my insurance company and they will in turn call me to see if this claim is true or not.
They say it will not affect rates or premiums.
I will leave it at 3 stars until I have heard from my insurance company.

Approached at Suncoast Chrysler Jeep Dodge during a routine service to fix a chip in my windshield. Got scammed. They are filing a dispute with my insurance company. Even if they filled the chips, there's still the same visible defects. There's no "repairs" happening with them. "Reputable" dealers should be ashamed to let these guys in to scam their customers!

Similar story, was approached at the dealership and he was the first one in my car, no insignia on his shirt and no indication of a different company on his nametag, just that he was a windshield specialist. I thought it was a great idea to have the service but feel terribly mislead by his representation. Now to further the nightmare there is a dispute between my insurance company and what they compensate for on a chip repair and what this company is billing. I am calling the dealership on Monday to complain.

I was approached at a car dealership being told I would get my window fixed for free since insurance covers it. My wife and I thought they were employees. We were rushed to sign a digital pad without being able to read anything. I was just sent a letter about the $150 that was owed. My insurance company uses one provider to do the work (safelite) and this should have been checked BEFORE work was done. The letter came 2 years and 3 months after the work saying I had to work with them to get safeco to cover something that there policy does NOT cover as I was told. This company has poor business practices... beware.

I was approached at a dealership by a person that make me feel as he works for the dealer. I explain him i was coming for an oil change and he said don t worry i will be receiving your car. After that a claim was issue to my insurance for a repair. Never got a paper from them. I was always under the impression they were part of the dealer. Be careful with this people.

I never had any dealings with this company yet they put a claim into my insurance for windshield repairs that were never done. I will be contacting the dealership I took my car to for recall on airbags repairs to complain that they played a part in this scam. Beware!!

SCAMMERS, they told me the windshield repair was free and that it would not affect my insurance. They claimed a $2000 fee to my insurance for a small windshield chip. A brand new windshield does not even cost $600. Wolf's disguised as sheep.
