Very poor communication. I called last Saturday and left a voice mail and never received a call back. I wanted to give my business to a local company so I called again yesterday and finally spoke with someone. We confirmed the appointment for today between 3 and 4pm. at 3:06 pm, so about 6 minutes later than the earliest start time, I missed a call (I work from home and was unable to answer at that moment.) A voicemail was left asking me to confirm appointment. I found this odd as we only just made the appointment yesterday morning, with no mention of receiving a phone call to confirm 6 minutes after our scheduled window. Either way, I called back as soon as I could which was 3:30 (yes, 25 minutes later, but still within our appointment time). Call went to voice-mail. I said come on by! I received no call back. At 4pm there was no sign of Andre so I gave him a call. It went to voice-mail. I thought eh maybe he's driving. I get a call back saying he's just finished with another customer and can be by me in 25 minutes.

If I had been made aware that a very important potentially appointment canceling call would be coming at or around 3pm then believe me I would have watched my phone like a hawk! But this was never expressed to me. We had an agreement of an appointment at 3-4pm which was not honored.

Frankly, I don't feel like I should have to chase you down. The agreement was to come between 3 and 4 and I never called to say that that time no longer worked for me. And no one ever said you better pick up that minute or else! You're going to come and work on my house and I can't trust you to stick to your word, set clear expectations about times/confirmations, or to even answer your phone and/or respond to voice-mails you received 5 days prior? Sorry, but I'll go with someone else.

Fast, efficient, reliable and cleanliness that's how I would describe Citrus County Handyman. I'm still at amazed by the repairs and work that was completed. Thank you so much for everything.
