If I could give 10 stars I would! The staff! The atmosphere! The hospitality! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly smiles and are made to feel like family and put at ease instantly. The knowledge they have and the huge selection of frames are top notch! We were offered espresso and snacks while we were browsing around with no pressure but they were there immediately if we had any questions. It was a breeze with the exam and they take insurance. It’s so conveniently located on the corner of US1 and Walton Rd in the East Port Plaza near the Civic Center and Publix. I just can’t say enough about Choice Optics except they made us feel like family, not just another customer, not just another dollar. They will definitely be my new optical home along with my family and friends. If you want to be treated with respect and kindness, then this is definitely your place. Port St. Lucie is lucky to have this new business to represent it. Welcome to the community! Thank you to the entire staff for making our family feel so special.

Superior customer service!
Very friendly yet professional environment. I had eye exam and picked out glasses with very little wait time.
I was treated well and will be telling all my friends and family about how much I liked my experience here.
I got in and out with ease and the staff went above and beyond my expectations.
It is best to make an appointment rather than a walk in.

We got the flyer in the mail for Choice optics and were at first skeptical about the sale price on the exams. When we arrived we were treated well by all the friendly staff. The Doctor who did our eye exam was great and feel like he really cared. A great family feeling business and we got a great deal on 2 glasses 🤓

My husband and I walked-in and was seen right away. Mark and Frank very knowledgeable and kind. Explained everything to us very thoroughly and have a wide selection of glasses. Didn't feel rush and Mark let us try on different glasses no problem. Frank fixed my glasses I was wearing because my granddaughter sat on them. They now fit like new. Very very affordable prices. My husband got new lenses and I got new glasses (progressive transitions) we paid $250 less than normal and the glasses are nice. We are pleased and have a new home Choice Optics.😎
