Reading through the reviews, I’m so shocked to see that most all the bad reviews mention a mean front desk staff. These ladies must be new then because they were incredible to me! I was so appreciative of how kind they were and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and wanted. Both ladies at the desk were extremely kind!

As if I wasn’t already impressed just with the kind ladies at the front desk I only waited 8 minutes in my room before the DR came in! Which was a nice surprise from the normal 30-60 min waiting at other Doctors. I’ve been having some mystery issues that 3 other Drs dismissed and said they couldn’t figure it out without really trying to do more. I explained everything and she helped me figure out what was going on prescribed medicine for my pain and was the first Doctor to tell me I was anemic after looking at my past blood work, no one had ever mentioned that. I’d also been struggling with headaches, random chest pains and fatigue all symptoms of being anemic and I had no clue!

I left my appointment finally feeling so optimistic! I am so pleased with the service here. I just can’t recommend them enough!!

Entire staff is wonderful. Appointments are reasonably easy to make. They also return calls promptly. Front office is cheerful and professional, they are always good for a smile. The tech who greets you and takes your vitals is a friendly Navy vet (like me!) The phlebotomist Susan is a whiz—can’t even tell when she draws blood.

My PCP is Vicky Cooke. Vicky takes her time with you—she asks lots of questions and cares about the whole patient, not just a collection of symptoms. I truly feel that I could frankly share any concern with her.

During my last visit Vicky suggested I get a flu shot and even offered to give one to my wife on the spot. The nurse was a pro and it was a painless process for us both!

We couldn’t be happier with this clinic! It feels like a family run business where you are the most important patient in the world.

DO NOT GO! PLEASE READ!!!

I was a patient at this office under various doctors' care (they kept leaving) for the better part of a decade until yesterday when I was refused care by them, and told I would no longer be seen due to violation of their cancelation policy which is simply untrue. In that time I missed 1 appointment without calling because my daughter was hospitalized, which I explained to them. This after they canceled the previous appointment because their computers were down, which according to them was the case for roughly 3 weeks thereafter after I repeatedly called to reschedule. I also never got the appointment reminder that I would get by text or call in literally every other instance, a courtesy essential to a disabled adult with ASD that struggles with memory and organizational skills, a fact that they are aware of. The only logical conclusion that can be reached is that they prioritize profits over patient well-being and make no allowance for disabled individuals. Never have I been made to feel so insignificant, so like a number and nothing more by any medical practice anywhere.

I went for my first appointment today and seen Dr. Lynn. The whole staff was wonderful from the young girl behind the desk who was very friendly, to the very sweet phlebotomist, the tech was awesome and even said a prayer for me! The nurse that did an EKG was so compassionate and the checkout lady was very nice and the doctor herself was phenomenal. They were all very caring and helpful. They got me an appointment quickly and took care of my long list of problems. I was honestly afraid to go to a new doctor because I’ve been through a lot of trauma this year and I didn’t want to open up about all of my issues, but these people were so genuine and caring, almost like a family. I’ve never been treated so well at a doctors office before. Great job you guys at making me feel at ease and taking care of me. The medical field needs more people like you. God bless you all.

Vicky has been my PCP since January 2003. She was the first doctor to sit down and listen to me. She has been with me throughout these years and I couldn’t be more grateful for her! She’s a favored woman by God who loves her patients. I recommend her to anyone!! The staff is also great 👍!

She is an awesome doctor had to leave about 6 years ago because my new job at the time had health insurance that she didn’t take. So with that being said I have had other doctors that I have not been happy with. Now I am able to have her again with my current insurance and it is my pleasure.

Honestly I have no issues with Vicky Cooke, her receptionist, on the other hand is the reason for my 1 star review. I’m not sure who is responsible for answering the phone, but every time I have called this lady has been EXTREMELY rude and for no reason. Always in a hurry to rush me off the phone especially when I ask questions. Maybe some extra training needs to be enforced on how to properly deal with customers, but that’s just a thought.

Whole staff is comically rude judgmental and dismissive.
They gave me a prescription for valium with refills. For severe muscle spasms. I followed the directions EXACTLY AS PRESCRIBED. When i asked why they wouldnt authorize my next refill, the lady on the phone claimed i doubled the dose. And said "BECAUSE U ARE A JUNKY! IT SAYS IT RIGHT HERE ON UR CHART! DRUG SEEKING BEHAVIOR" I told her i have the pill bottle and ill bring it in for proof. She said "dont bother." So obviously, i showed dr. lynne on my next appointment. She Incredulously inspected it and confirmed i did as it said. And responding with an "oops" and by downplaying the repercussions of over-prescribing a powerful narcotic and cutting me off cold turkey and permanently labeling me as a junky for the rest of my life. And claimed it must have been the pharmacists fault. No big deal. Ignorantly, I stuck with her for many spite-filled years after that. (Even when she moved offices an hr away.) bc i didn't know i was allowed to get a new dr. (Thought that what dr. Shopping meant.) Until, she broke up w me, via letter, after I failed a drug screen. given to me to me as I was waiting on the world to open back up so I could get serious back surgery on insanely herniated disk

(Even more ironically, i asked her about CBD and she told me "I prefer the real stuff.")
