Had the glass company come out to put windshield and back glass in truck for us , they got there was in a hurry and it's like he didn't even want to be there, he got started on back glass he cut the rubber for window to short so it would not work or fit then started on the front windshield and of course I don't have to tell you he broke it, said he could replace it with a clear window or green tinted window our window we had bought was gray tinted so we said no those would not match, so we bought and replaced windshield and new rubber so they would match called when new window came in and got new install date day came and he never showed up or called husband called him the same day and he said let me call you back in about 2 minutes still haven't heard from him.So I can say we had poor service it's like he just didn't want to finnish what started, so if you use this company be ware you may get burned.

They came to my home put a new windshield in my Sequoia with no issues at all they was so quick and nice. Definitely calling them for all my auto glass needs and sending everyone I know their information. Can’t beat their prices the boys that came out was so nice I’m a huge talker and they talked right back very nice people. They also removed my old windshield and took it for me other places not only charged more for installation but to take old windshield off my hands was gonna cost me more money and they did not charge me more money!

Poor quality windshield repair!!! The windshield was repaired April 7, 2022 by the company owner. It appears the windshield was done in a rush as the windshield glass itself is off centered and in the process there are nicks and damage on the fabric on the interior of the car. I purchased the car from an individual three days after the windshield was replaced. I have the original invoice from the previous owner of the vehicle. I returned to Cassidy glass shop in Warrior to have the owner look at it. However he claims that the warranty follows the person who previously owned the car not the windshield. Even though the invoice clearly states that they warranty their workmanship of the windshield for up to one year it does not state that the warranty follows the person that owns the car it states it follows the workmanship of the windshield. He claims that if the previous owner would have made him aware of the nicks he would have taken care of that. Owner tried to place blame on previous owner of vehicle and possible numerous windshields being replace. Refused to take blame even though windshield was replaced 14 days ago and it’s clearly just been damaged. Poor customer service stay far far away from this business!!!!!

They were on time, actually early. They need to work on cleaning up and taking care of your vehicle. In addition to the pictures there were smudges and adhesive on the glass that should have been cleaned. Price wise, I think it's in line with others.
