I have purchased several GORGEOUS pieces from the Orlando BVLGARI recently and have had nothing but stellar service and quite possibly the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had! Everyone is warm, friendly, professional and they make you feel at home. My sales associate Gianina is OUTSTANDING. She is passionate about the brand and understands how buying jewelry is such a personal and intimate experience and wants to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. I never once felt pressured or coerced into buying something I wasn’t interested in. Since she knows that I am a huge jewelry lover, she DID bring out some really special and exquisite pieces that I could only dream of affording and let me try on and admire them up close, which I ABSOLUTELY LOVED! It was an unexpected and unforgettable experience trying on pieces that I have seen on the red carpet! As far as the pieces I did buy, she took her time with me while I decided and I never felt rushed or that everything was purely transactional… I felt like I was having fun with a good friend! She even went above and beyond to ensure that she could get the pieces that I was interested in to the store so that I could try them on and she always let me know as soon as they arrived because she knew just HOW excited I was to see and try them on in person!

I have been to other luxury jewelry stores, but BVLGARI is by far the best across the board. Best associates, best service, best store setup, best jewelry… just the best PERIOD! Oh… and the best chocolate and champagne too 😉!! Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Gianina and the rest of the staff at the Orlando BVLGARI! I highly recommend them… you won’t be disappointed!

Speechless !!! This store and staff are beyond fantastic. The store is beautifully decorated with Italian elegance and the quality and beauty of the items are second to none ! The staff creates a personable and unique experience and everything feels very luxurious and limited compared to other larger stores . Alicia is superb , friendly , and talkative as well as knows much about the brand . The event was excellent as well and I would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting high quality special Italian goods !

I bought the ring as a surprise to celebrate 10 years of marriage, I took my wife's ring and took it, I made it clear to the saleswoman Gianina that maybe my wife wanted to change the model, the saleswoman wanting to sell it said that this would be possible without any problems. Less than 12 hours later I went back to the store, but not to change the model but the size as it had been too big and my wife was two sizes smaller, as there was no model in the store she told me that as soon as it arrived I could go and exchange it. but they would have to polish it, since it had been used for a few hours and the paint was scratched, see the photo below. To my surprise, 15 days later they said that the way the ring is, it will be useless and the cost to fix it would be 1,880 dollars, whereas it costs 3,000. It's impossible to believe that a brand like Bulgari would be acting like this, but it's true! I've had a similar problem with Tifany and Hermes, of course these luxury giants wouldn't tarnish their name with nonsense like that... DON'T BUY FROM BULGARI, that's my tip.

What I can add is that the seller, Gianina, knew that my wife might not keep the ring I had chosen, so much so that she offered a hassle-free exchange, without advising me that if she wore it for hours it could cause “damage.” irreversible”, which for me did not happen at all! As I said previously, the thirst for selling and having the commission caused this “inconvenience” and meant that my 10th wedding anniversary gift for my wife was in a box in her closet drawer.

Don't be fooled when you see the comment from the store management on this post, A LIE, no one even contacted me to find out what happened, A SHAME!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE FOR YOUR OWN GOODNESS, THERE ARE OTHER BIG LUXURY BRANDS THAT RESPECT THEIR CONSUMER.
