Steven in service is great, patient, and a wealth of knowledge. I take my Suzuki outboard here for warranty work. Parts guy can be a bit abrasive at times but is also very knowledgeable. They have all the parts you need to maintain your boat. I also get my trailer parts here.

Wow, this place is amazing. They have an amazing in stock inventory and their customer service is well above expectations. My boat trailer snapped an axle and from the time Mr. Josh picked up the phone (when I was on roadside confused how to proceed) to when I was checking out with all my new parts and a greater knowledge of the task , they contributed continued to impress. Thank y'all for being empathetic, and helpful during a last minute , late Friday afternoon roadside emergency.

Disappointed in how an employee handled a situation today. I went in asking for help finding a part that needed to be a specific size. He brushed me off saying the size didn’t matter and it would still work. The packaging didn’t not have the measurements on it and as I was talking to him about the difference in size of two products he just said okay and walked off.

Store sells defective products and has the worst ever customer support. Better deals and outstanding customer support are found at Weat Marine and even online stores. This product was clearly defective when opened and not noticeable at the time of purchase. Tried to reason with the store manager and have not received a response to a detailed email. I have always tried to give local businesses an opportunity but will continue shopping at West Marine, superb customer service and return policy.

We were completely lost! We took an Uber from our hotel to get on our dinghy and go back to our catamaran, only to find our dinghy stabbed to death 6 times and the motor stolen. We had no way back to the boat. We were lucky to find a dinghy at West Marine,
but they didn't have a gasoline engine. Mike called Boathouse Discount Marine, LLC and I don't know how we got so lucky to meet Bill Parker. He had the engine ready for us when we arrived. The paperwork was completed quickly and he even gave us a ride back to where our boat was stranded without us. I can't believe how amazing he was but I'm so glad that he came into our lives. Completely and utterly grateful, Jacqui and Mike!
