Despite being referred to this company by a friend who owns significant real estate in the area and vouched for their quality (albeit not inexpensive) service, my experience was far from satisfactory.After calling and setting up an appointment for measurements, the technicians who visited my home were great. They estimated a 3-week timeline for the glass to be ready, which would have been around early October. I had hoped to have the window replaced before Thanksgiving, but that didn't happen.Upon contacting them, I was informed that the wholesaler wanted to charge extra due to a specific grille design within the window. I told them to simply square it off, as the design wasn't important to me. We agreed on a price, and they said they would handle it. However, months passed without any communication from the company.Assuming the delay was due to the holiday season, I eventually called them again in February to inquire about the status of my glass. I spoke with someone from the office, explained the entire situation, and was told to call back on Monday. At this point, it felt like I was the only one invested in fixing my window. I have never had to contact a company so many times just to provide payment and receive a service in return.Their lack of communication and apparent prioritization of profit over customer satisfaction left me deeply disappointed. A few days later, I received a message that they had a new quote for me, but by then, I had lost all interest in conducting business with this company.Having spent my career as a business consultant, where I emphasized the importance of customer service to all contracted companies, I found their approach appalling. After a frustrating five-month ordeal, I discovered another company called Glass Doctor, which completed the job in just two and a half weeks at half the price. This experience taught me a valuable lesson: a higher price does not necessarily equate to better service. I will not be making the same mistake again.

My husband and I redid our entire shower and when it came time to do the shower door, we did not want to mess up all the work we did so we looked around for a pro. We got three quotes from three different places and Bailes was the most reasonable. The owner came out and got all the measurements and we finalized everything a few weeks before Christmas. We honestly weren’t expecting the job to be done before the holidays but much to our surprise, they had it installed a few days before Christmas! They did a beautiful job. We highly recommend Bailes Glass!

The men from Bailes Glass did a wonderful job installing the windows and door on my shop. They were professional, hard working, courteous, and did everything they could to minimize the dust that was inevitable. At one point, while one was cutting into concrete, the other was fanning the dust with a board away from the showroom towards the outside, then proceeded to sweep up after. Great job on the glass and we appreciate the work ethic, thanks guys!!!

Contacted Bailes to replace some glass panels in our upstairs landing. Measured, got a very reasonable estimate. Ordered glass without a deposit. Called when glass arrived and scheduled install. Installers arrived on time. Work was done quickly, but with care. Left area clean. Quality was excellent. Very happy.

Had a small antique clock from a top piece of an old stove that broke in shipping. It was very sentimental and preferred trying to replace the glass on the original. Bailes did it in less than 15 minutes. It took 2 trys which they did without any complaints. It looks perfect. I was so excited. They are the kind of business that go out of their way to take care of a customer even if it's a little more work for them!
