I wish I could give more stars!! Called in and had my broken window fixed in less than an hour from the time I called. Diana & the installers were very reassuring as I was in a panic to get it fixed before the rain. Everything went smooth & super quick. They even cleaned up the glass outside! Impeccable job & out standing customer service. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who needs glass or window repair & use them with any future projects.

Awesome service! After waiting for almost a year for another company to provide service and finally getting our money refunded, I found B & B glass. It took about 3 months from the time they came out and measured until they came to install it in our house. It took less than 30 mins for Jason to install the glass and clean up. We can't thank them enough!

We had B.B. Plate Glass and Mirror fix a broken window that we received from Ian. We are very pleased and impressed with the customer service and quality repair. Jo Jo was a true pleasure to work with, he clearly explained what needed to be done. Great value 👏 we would definitely use them again 👍

After Ian we had a window that needed to be replaced. We called several companies and did not get past leaving a voicemail message. No calls returned. Until we called B.B.
They were out within a week of the initial call. On time and very, very courteous. They replaced the plane of glass without trying to upsell me to replacing the entire window. They finished quickly and it was really affordable. We will be calling them for any future glass and mirror work. Probably going to get a quote on hurricane windows from them. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

A+ service. They measured for and installed both new mirrors in our new home. They were installed in a few days by very courteous young men who left everything spotless. When we can, we'll order our shower doors from them as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the run around and go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed

Their receptionist really doesn’t like her job lol despite the attitude and grumpy day at work she must’ve been having, I let it slide because of the reviews my community post gave the company. I was told I would be called back for scheduling and gave out my desired dates. Never received a call back after 48 hours so I went with a runner up handy man. I run a business myself and that would never be acceptable. Just some constructive criticism 😊 good luck!
