I have to say I’m quite impressed with this company. They ordered my glass for my car which was supposed to be dealer i glass another words the glass for my brand of car. They came and they installed my new glass and then they called me to let me know that they had indeed installed the incorrect glass and needed to reschedule. They could’ve very easily have just left it the way it was because I would not have known. But they did not they were honest, they came back out and they replaced the glass with the proper glass, and I was very pleased. . You don’t very often find companies with that type of integrity. The technician was friendly and very professional.

After having to wait 10 days for my appt , I was told the technician had an emergency and had to go home and that they needed to reschedule for the next day. During that phone call I asked if the glass for my vehicle was in their shop and was assured that it was. So the next day, I received a phone call stating that the glass had not arrived and they would have to re-schedule again. So not only was the "technicians emergency" a lie, so was them assuring me that my glass was in their shop. The technician that replace the glass did a fine job, but I would not recommend the company.

Not happy with this company at all! Used to be great, but new owners have changed that. Made appointment on Monday for following Wednesday,,no show no call, called them and they had no record of my appointment, but said they would still come out that day! Again, no show, no call. Im going with safelite.

I recently had 2 chips in my windshield and K&K glass was recommended by my auto insurance. I am extremely pleased with their service. It was fixed within a few days of my call. The tech called and gave me a time and he was there exactly when he said. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend K&K glass.

I just wanted to thank Jason with k&k glass for his awsome work. He came out and replaced 2 of our truck windows this weekend. There was a mix up in the order and we received the wrong window at first but he quickly resolved the issue and came out the second time in a very timley manner. He was very helpful and professional we just wanted to say thank you and that we highly recommend Jason and k&k glass and will definitely use them again down the road!
