I had an excellent experience with Marco and his glass company. We had an urgent situation at out hotel, the LaQuinta Inn and Suites where a glass door needed to be replaced. After leaving messages with a few glass companies in the morning, Marco was the only one who responded promptly. By the afternoon, he and his assistant were at our location to provide an estimate.

I was impressed with the competitive pricing of Marco's estimate, which was among the best I received. It's worth mentioning that other glass companies didn't even bother to provide an estimate, but Marco was proactive and attentive from the start.

What set Marco apart was not just his pricing, but his knowledge and expertise. He took the time to explain the benefits of different glass types, and after his recommendation, we opted for tempered glass. Marco's explanation about the safety of tempered glass for our guests was clear and reassuring. He highlighted that it wouldn't shatter into dangerous pieces, even under stress.

I Called Arco Glass & Mirror and within 24 hours of my call, Arco was out to my house to measure for a new glass shower installation. Very professional and very efficient. Within four days, the shower enclosure was installed. Very happy with the installation and very happy with Marco Larice, the owner.

Marco Larice knows how to deliver superb quality and great service. He's the one to call for all your custom glass & mirror needs . I needed to replace a damaged mirror on a cabinet. Marco quickly assessed the issue and without the usual "complaint dance" got to work and made the repair.

If you could find a more rude or uncooperative vendor, you will win a prize! This guy is completely uninterested in customer service. When I asked him to meet my contractor here to go over the job, his answer was I already gave you a price. I wasn’t talking about price. I had agreed to the price I was talking about specific requirements of the job, I hire many vendors and really have never met a guy as uncooperative and uninterested in working on the job as this one. buyer beware !

A postscript to this is that after this posted the owner Marco called me in a threatening manner and demanded I remove my review. He was screaming at me and I now feel personally threatened by him. I have blocked him from calling me again but since he has the address of the jobsite, my next stop, might have to be the police department for an order of protection. He was absolutely crazy on the phone! It left me feeling very vulnerable and frightened. At the end of the call, he said this had all been recorded, which I believe legally should have been disclosed at the beginning not at the end of the call.

I had a very heavy glass shower door that the hinge was failing and made a loud cracking noise when I opened it. One call to Arco Glass and Mirror and they took control! I sent them pictures of the failing hinge and Marco and Glenchie came out the same day, assessed the problem and acquired the correct replacement parts. They came back and professionally removed the broken hinge and installed the new one. ( sounds easy...believe me it wasn't!!) I highly recommend Arco for any and all of your glass and mirror needs.
