Wow I’m impressed! So I’m in the design/rehab renovation business and deal with so many contractors that simple are not good but my experience at Alpha Glass was amazing.
The staff at the front desk was very helpful, the owner was very detailed from beginning to end. In addition, the installers were so careful, paid attention to details and kept the job site spotless from beginning to end.
Not only would I use them again but took the time to sit and write this review because they did such great work and will highly recommend them to others.

Just needed a small piece of glass that had a specific tint, very friendly and knowledgeable front staff and did not overcharge me for such a small piece. Very happy with them. I would go back for other jobs.

Alpha Glass has amazing customer service and a quick turn around. It was extremely easy to place an order. They have great communication and a quick turn around. When I picked up the glass, Marcos was super helpful making sure it was secured in my truck bed properly. I will be a returning customer and I highly recommend their services. I used them, this time, for a protective clear piece of glass for a standing desk. It fits perfectly!

I recently rented an apartment in which the bottom strip on one of the glass shower doors had come off, allowing water to run out onto the floor. From the moment I called Alpha they could not have been nicer. Katherine, who booked the call was friendly and efficient. She made sure I got a call from the two gentlemen coming to replace it as they were on their way. My complex can sometimes be difficult as far as finding spaces for contractors to park and get registered at the loading dock. The gentlemen were very patient. One had to go back to the truck to get a certain strip once he assessed the situation, as he was doing his very best to find a strip on the truck and be able to complete the job that day. He took the time and effort and he found one. I could tell that they were proud of their work and cared about doing a great job and they did just that. I highly recommend them.

We found this company on Google and decided to go forward based on their excellent reviews. We are so pleased we did it. This company staring with Marco the owner, to the lady at the office and the 2 guys that did the installation of our bathroom shower doors, are top notch service.

I have been using Alpha Glass for at least 6 months now and they have been terrific to be honest. For routine things, it is very common that they call me the same day and tell me it's ready for pickup. I have found their pricing to be reasonable and they have been very very pleasant to deal with. The girls in the office, and Marcos I have dealt with at least a half a dozen times since January of 2024, and I have yet to have any type of negative experience with them. I rate them five stars. And to be honest a little more, going to Oakland Park to get products from them is out of the way for me when I live in Davie, but the experience has made it worth it. Thank you guys, I appreciate the customer service that you guys have provided. It is a pleasure to leave a great review for a company that does great business.
