We could not have had a better experience at Beaches MRI this morning. The staff was so friendly and the environment warm and comfortable. They took an anxious Mom awaiting results for her injured teenager and made us both feel at home. All the way down to the billing procedures and even offered a nice cup of coffee to “boot”! Thank you to this professional staff for turning around a tough situation for our family! I highly recommend this office.

Friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Technicians are professional and ensure that the procedure is done with care and confidence. Place was amazing, I got very quick appointment thanks to Penny who was absolute gem. She understood that i was in pain and worked her magic. God bless this lady! Technician was the best! Tatiana was caring, tentative and very professional. She constantly asked if i was comfortable and kept me in a loop with each sequence of tests. She really took her time with images as she was able to see where my issues are. Thank you Tatiana you are the Rockstar!!!!
One star less for front desk staff. She looked like she can bite you and no emotions on the face. No eye contact.
She made me feel unwelcomed. I know we all have our days but attitude at front desk could be improved. Nevertheless great place to get your images done at. Thank you!

This office has the friendliest staff ever! From the initial phone call setting up the appointment, the receptionist who gave me a cup of hot cocoa and the technician who did the MRI. Very impressed with how comfortable they made me and how welcoming they were. Very clean waiting room, changing area and MRI department. I recommend this place to anyone needing an MRI!!

The staff at Beaches was more than accommodating. From the moment I walked in it was all smiles. Everyone was so nice and makes you feel at home. They even offered drinks including beer and or wine. I was so impressed with the homey feel of their waiting area. It felt like I was in my own living room.
The technicians work great, checking in on me throughout the entire process and making me feel comfortable. I’ve had a few MRIs in other places and this is the best yet.

I give the technician 5 stars - she was very concerned with my well-being and how comfortable I was during my 20 minute MRI. I can't give 5 stars because the front desk gal gave me the CD of my scan and I took it to my Chiropractor only to find out I was given someone else's scan. This could have been a terrible situation had my Chiropractor not realized the birthdates did not match. This could have been a terrible situation if I had been given the incorrect treatment for my ailment!!!!

I really enjoyed this visit. Everyone was really super friendly and professional. The office waiting room is very comfortable for any wait if needed..The mri is actually a lot better thar I thought , with music in your headphones provided by them and as many blankets as you need to keep warm..
