Easy to work with, and cut glass to fit this intricate designer frame with semi-circle cut outs to fit the hinged backing of the frame. Now to print a picture to fit the matting! 😊

We had an issue with the slider screen that he installed for us. I called multiple times and he didn’t show up on 2 different occasions when he said he would come. Finally contacted Oceanside Sliding Glass Doors, and he repaired the screen slider.

To be honest, I did not use Mr Adams glass company service. I was referred to him for hurricane shutter service for my property in Satellite Beach, since I live elsewhere. I spoke with him several times to ensure that he would be able put our shutters up for us. Fast forward to 2 months later, as we have hurricane Milton projected to hit our area 3 (three) nights from now, I reached out to him to put up our hurricane shutters, and he said "too late" and called us "snowbirds who don't know what we are doing". Now he not only did not live up to what he promised, but insulted us on top of that. And we have a powerful hurricane headed our direction with no help. Absolute liar and absolutely zero integrity.

Don’t show up to this business. Owner has hours set to 8:30-4:30 and is never actually there. Called in advance and he told me he would be back at 3pm. Drove 40 mins and showed up there at 3:30 and no one was there. Gave him a call again to ask where he was and his response was “ I got back at 3pm like I said and waited around long enough, try again tomorrow ”. Unaccommodating and unorganized.

I would recommend this business to anyone. Very professional, excellent work, very fair price for such great service. .Thank you Mr.Adams for your super help & work. The screens are working, well built and I am a happy lady now.
PS. He repaired my window also while here that has been stuck for many months. No charge!!
So glad the gentleman at Ace store where they no longer make the frames told me about him !!

This company are a bunch of con artists. We hired them to service 3 sliding glass doors. I was taken aback when I got the invoice. They way over charged for the parts. Not knowing any better I paid them. After returning to the property to check their work, they charged us for a lockset they never installed. I followed back up and they kept saying they would be there the next day but never showed up. Now they won't even return texts or answer phone calls. Bill is a thief.

Stay away from this business!! He is changing the name to A1A Glass and Mirror.

My patio glass table top shattered during one of the storms this year. I brought the ring or rim that the glass sat in to the store in order to get a correct measurement, and left the rim there thinking the glass, when ordered, would be put inside the ring. The owner was nice and said there would be no problems he knew exactly what I needed so I was expecting no problems.

Six weeks go by and I never heard from the owner. I finally called to find out what was the delay, and he said it hadn't been ordered because the order "fell through the cracks". I was fine with that as I wasn't in a hurry and I understand how people can get busy sometimes.

I expected to hear from him within the next 2 weeks, but I heard nothing. I gave it another 2 weeks, and again, nothing. At this point I figured he wasn't going to order it, so I just wanted to get my ring back. I went by the store 3 times during his posted hours, and the store was closed. But, I could see my ring in the shop through the store front window.

I went back my on my fourth trip to get the ring, and of course, the store was closed, and the ring was GONE!! I called him immediately and left a message that I wanted my ring back. He texted back and said he didn't have it anymore !!!! And had no explanation!

I was livid. First, this guy doesn't order my glass and never calls me to say he never ordered my glass, keeping me waiting and waiting. Then, he disposes of my personal property!!!! HE COULDN'T MAKE A CALL TO SAY COME GET YOUR RING!! He just got rid of it.

I finally went back to the store to see what could be done about this situation, and he was actually there, and was in no way apologetic. He acted like that's the way things normally happen. I asked for compensation, and he said bring in proof of the cost to replace the ring. Well, no one sells just the ring for the tables, you have to buy the whole table. He knew that and I knew that!

Read the all the Google reviews. This guy is just nuts.

I've never had anyone dispose of personal property before without at least making a phone call to the owner to pick up the item.

I was and am still incredulous over the behavior of this shop owner.

In addition to all of this, instead of buying a $200 piece of glass, I have to buy a whole new table for $400-$500!

They came to fix a screen door and instead damaged the sliding glass door in order to break into the home.
I requested they notify ahead of time when they’d be here but of course not even a knock on the door.
