Beware. This is no longer a medical office. It now intimidates you into giving personal information that had absolutely nothing to do with your health. They collect this information to sell, and or give to other organizations and insurance companies so that it can be used against you. They have no business asking for personal business in your home. I am putting together a class action law suit to all of us who have been subject to the fraud and abuse. Please contact me if you are interested in becoming a part of the suit. Do not be intimidated to answer questions that are irrelevant and intrusive.

Dr Sinclair is one of the most awesome not doctors only but person. I'm over talker and have anxiety problems and when I'm in there I tend to just blurt everything out so rapidly and he tells me to slow down I haven't gotten to that yet and he is so patient with me thank you Dr Sinclair for putting up with me all this time you are the most caring and knowledgeable about HIV medical prevention at HIV treatment. You have saved my life and humbled my heart what I now want to reach out and help others to conquer their fear of being diagnosed with this unfortunate disease that we can live with for the rest of our lives thanks to doctors like yourself in medical staff at prism

The receptionist is always friendly. I saw my health care provider within minutes the nurse technician was good getting my vital signs. The ladies who drew my blood were very professional when drawing my blood no pain and the whole process was over within minutes Always asked me about my name and date of birth before placing the sticker on the viles of blood that they used for the certain test my service provider needed to see if there were any issues that may arise my health, such as virual loads and C4 blood count. They are helpful with were I needed to write my signature on paperwork that is required by the State for billing. I always enjoyed the conversation we have. Two thumbs up for the blood lab technicians.
