When this place first opened it was great. The doctors, nurses etc etc etc... Now it's to the point know one cares. I was here today with my cousin since 8am and it's 12:51pm and still here. Talking to the nurse she has, had NO EYE CONTACT, ACTED IF WE WERE WASTING HIS TIME, AND NO BED SIDE MATTERS!!! If you don't like it here leave... PERIOD!!! We weren't rude, or anything even tried to make a joke and nothing... Now looking at the reviews which we should have done b4 coming here. 2.3 OMG!!! Or were you acting like this because she's on medicaid? I'm hoping that not true. The room she's in is filthy as well. This is REAL PEOPLE!!! This is for the EMERGENCY ROOM!!!

This is the worst hospital in the nation. There is zero compassion. They left me in a hallway for hours while periodically grabbing me for different tests/scans. The doctor did a CT scan and didn't show me the scans they took. They told my insurance that I was there for a headache when I collapsed at work with shortness of breath and an elevated heart rate. They tried to get me to pay for an MRI without my insurance. Then when they finally accepted my insurance they tried to get me to pay my portion upfront before the MRI. They said my portion is due at check in. Who has thousands of dollars to pay for a procedure or in my case a scan up front? Their billing department is rude, did not listen to what I was explaining and kept cutting me off. This place is run like a corporation that is only looking at their profits and have no care about the service they provide. I'd rather pay Lexington Medical Center more money then to continue the awful experience this so called hospital provides.

My experience was horrible. I went to then ER and I recently had an amputation back in October so when they unwrapped my foot they left it unwrapped for about an hour and a half. The nurse left a used needle in the bed, she removed the needle she used an alcohol pad to stop the bleeding so I had to ask her for a band aid. When ask to warm up my food they act like they didn’t want to warm the food up for me. I didn’t like the treatment at all.

Back in 2021 they really screwed up, they should have admitted my husband to the hospital because of dehydration and other things, they did not. Skip this hospital and go to Lexington medical. He passed away a month later. According to the hospital his bloodwork was very good. The doctor would not feed him until he was to be discharged and he was fed a Ham sandwich out of a vending machine. I blessed the doctor out because he was not wanting to feed him anything. My Husband was about to passout. Ijust stumbled onto this sight, so I thought I would leave my thoughts. Even the nurse could see I was fixing to loose my cool.

While the hospital is clean, staff are nice, you move through fast, I went in last night because I thought I was having a heart attack or stroke. Was there from 11:00 pm until 3:00am. They gave me morphine which eased the pain but did not stop it. She did not discuss any of the test results with me, just sent me home and told me she was referring me to a cardiologist. I get home and read in MyChart that my glucose levels were off the chart, my ECG was abnormal, I had a possible mild stroke. Fast forward to today I am still in MAJOR pain, now I'm constipated from the morphine and the cardiologist can't see me until tomorrow!!!! If I die I've already passed everything to an attorney. This is some crappy medical care

I delivered a baby at Parkridge 3 weeks ago and the nursing staff was just phenomenal. All the nurses attending me during my delivery were so supportive. When I needed a c-section at the last minute, they mobilized quickly and I had an incredible team caring for me and baby in the operating room.
After transitioning to the recovery side of the floor, I had a terrific group attending me there as well. So grateful for all of their compassionate care. I had a great experience.
