I’ve been buying my frames from SEE Eyewear for over 10 years now. The closest store was a 2 hour drive to Los Angeles but it was worth it! SEE has the best selection of fun, quality frames of any eyewear store that I have found. Van was so amazing and helped me pick out a fantastic new pair of sunglasses. I constantly get complements on my glasses which is why I won’t buy anywhere except SEE. I would give more stars if I could.

I wouldn’t recommend any of their locations. After having my glasses for about five or six months I already saw scratch marks. The See store at the Beverly Center temporarily closed for “remodeling” and initially I was told by the mall that they would reopen by the end of July….so I waited…fast forward to Oct and it still has not reopened. This forced me to contact the Glendale location who then told me because it’s been over three months the only thing they can offer me is 50% off my lens which would mean I would fork out $362 more or go through insurance and be forced to pay more. They refused to allow me to get the 50% and go through insurance even speaking to the store manager at Glendale. Apparently it is corporate policy…I politely told him that I would never take my busy to them ever again. These chain glasses stores are terrible and I haven’t ever gotten any solid lens from these types of places. I’m definitely never returning again and I refuse to make any recommendations.

Update: I took my See glasses to LensCrafters and the lady there informed me that Transition lens need to be wet in order to clean them…you can never dry wipe them with even the softest of clothes….you must wet them first. She told me that See Eyewear should have told me that when the lens were sold to me and NOBODY told me. I was not told that they needed to be wet in order to be cleaned. I’m even more irritated that they never told me and now the refuse to fix them unless I spend another $360+ dollars

I'm a fan of See Eyewear since I lived in NYC. Now that I live in Southern AZ, I happily traveled to their Beverly Hills location for new frames. Sylvia is the best! She was SOOO nice and intuitively knew which frames would look good on me. I can't sing their praises enough. I'm a fan for life!

From the moment I walked into the store, G greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to listen to my concerns about my glasses. She carefully examined them and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done to fix them. Her skill and expertise were evident as she worked on my glasses with precision and care.

What impressed me even more was G's generosity. She offered me a brand new case to protect my glasses, insisting that they deserved the best care possible. Her kindness was truly touching and made me feel like a valued customer.

I highly recommend visiting "see" for all of your glasses needs, not only for their exceptional repairs but also for their wide variety of cool styles. I'm already planning on ordering a new pair myself, and I know that with G's expertise, I will find the perfect fit.

Sylvia at the Beverly Center store was amazing. There were so many colors & sizes to choose from. I hadn’t been able to find frames with a bridge wide enough to fit my nose comfortably. She helped me find the perfect pair in a beautiful shiny blue. I was so happy that I had to buy a pair of sunglasses too!

SEE Glasses are my #1 FAVORITE ACCESSORY! Some people collect designer handbags or kicks... I wear a different pair daily and care for them like fine jewelry! People ask me about my frames or compliment them almost daily. If you are looking to have glasses speak to your individuality and style, you REALLY need to meet Griselda Machuca from SEE Eyewear at Beverly Ctr. I met Griselda (or "G") about 3 years ago when she recognized me as a previous client - keep in mind I don't reside in California, it was at a different SEE location, she wasn't even the sales person that originally helped me, and I had only been in that store once! G has an extraordinary memory, and even more exceptional customer service! I live in Hawaii and I continue to purchase about 3 frames annually from her due to the fun styles at SEE and G's stellar service! I now own over 15 pairs! My prescription is a -5 and somehow SEE is the only store who has super thin Japanese lenses that fit in LARGE frames - they even come in colorful polarized tints. Anyone with a bad prescription knows the lens size thickens as your prescription worsens, usually making only small frames an option. Having bigger frames feels more stylish and gives me a better range to see with progressive lenses for reading and distance. G has truly changed my life as I feel my glasses are like wearable art that truly LOVE! Her exceptional service on behalf of SEE has ALWAYS been beyond her job description. I recently had a package of frames sent to her with a signature request. It was somehow mis-shipped and taken to a post office FAR from the store. G let me know what was going on, was kind enough to drive to that post office and sign for the package so I could have my glasses made! G is a wonderful person and I truly hope SEE understands the true value she brings to your customers and to your store! I only own this many frames because of her. I've met a lot of SEE employees in many cities, but NONE feel like family except G!!! I would buy frames from her wherever she goes!!! Treat G like the blessing that she is!!!

I love my glasses and the doctor is incredible. My frames have lasted longer than expected as well. I probably get compliments every week since becoming a client.
