The best place to get fitted for new footwear. Not necessarily the cheapest but reliably I get the best result from going here. They really take their time finding the right shoe/ boot and talking through what's good or no so good about each for your particular needs. Came out not exactly walking on a cloud but very happy

Shop is nice but I've been here four times since January and each time the lift hasn't been working. Really tricky as we have had a pram each time and not been able to shop as a family. Please fix your lift it's not fair on those who depend on it.

Unfortunately, we had an incredibly negative experience in Cotswolds recently. We, regrettably, came into the store 10 minutes before close. As someone with retail experience I can understand that this is frustrating, but does not warrant the response that followed. Simon, the staff that served us, began to swear at us under his breath, slam objects about and be incredibly rude to his colleague - all because we asked a question at 17:55. At one point Simon went into the back room next to the till and began to scream and shout obscenities about us WELL within ear shot.

The only silver lining was Simon’s colleague who was very happy to serve us and seemed apologetic for Simon’s actions.
