I found this shop stuffed at the back of another shop, barely any stock, a wall of shoes that where not relevant to the everyday runner, wasted trip from Dorset. Shame not Runners need usual standard.

Jamie in the Bath branch was both extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I visited for a gait test. He helped to confirm the cause of my foot and leg pain. He listened, he understood, he advised and he was very generous with his time. I will definitely be returning.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. They keep wide fit shoes on stock which I was after. It seems after so many years of struggle, I managed to find my perfect pair of running shoes thanks to the help of the staff. I'm so glad I've found this store!!

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to answer all the questions I had about the trainers and the difference between the styles etc. there is a treadmill in the store so you can try before you buy.

Waited in store for 10 mins, no staff in store, the Girl at the Cotswolds till said they were short staffed and there would be no one to serve me for another 40 mins.
