My daughter and I rented 2 bikes and had an amazing time, even with an unexpected puncture!! Lee is an asset to the Giant team and went above and beyond for us; being unfamiliar with the trails, he took the time to help us decide what course to take and then when I had a puncture 9 miles from the shop, he rode out on a replacement bike so my daughter and I could carry on with our journey! (Without even asking!!) Very thankful for the service received and we will definitely be returning for more adventures!

Had such a great time and really enjoyed our super delicious burgers. We tried the pumpkin soup with cream! It was incredible as well. Staff are so kind and the ingredients are so fresh. This is really one of the greatest burgers in Lincoln. Highly recommended

Ok caffe
Lincolnshire red burger was the choice that I'd avoid in the near future here as the only juice from it was the fat from bacon as the outer meat was made out of two layers of burned and dry mead beautifully coated with another ring of dry burned cheese.
Coleslaw was almost tastles in a maner that you couldn't tell what type of buttery sauce it's in.
Chunky chips i have been told they were triple fried, which is amazing, but also i think one fact was omitted and that is they were also well dried in between frying.

Dropped my bike off at Giant Doddington for a service, figuring I had at least a couple of days to say my goodbyes. Nope! Before I even finished my breakfast next door, they were calling me to say it was done. I didn’t even have time to regret my life choices over a second coffee! These folks don’t mess around—they’re like bike ninjas! If you want speedy, top-notch service that’ll beat your breakfast order, Giant Doddington is the place!

What a great bunch of people, so friendly and helpful. We decided after 25 plus years we wanted to get back into cycling and this store really does make it easy to decide. We hired a couple of bikes and took them for a ride on the local cycleway (disused and converted railway), This made it easy to decide as we have never been on an e-bike and the ones we hired were almost the same as we wanted. Hire fee was returned as we ended buying a couple of bikes.
A week later we collected our new bikes, we were given a full introduction in to the new bikes and they were set up for us. They couldn't have been any more helpful. We got a great deal on the bikes as well. Giant Lincoln is a fantastic store with super staff in a super location. If you're looking for a bike it's worth traveling here. There is a cafe, and a few shops here as well. Hire bikes are well looked after and help you decide what's right for you. 10/10

What an amazing food. Local ingredient, very fresh, burger is soo yummy and tasty. Tried the pumpkin soup which was really good. Each burger was 12 £ pounds. Thank you for the good service as well.

Excellent service from Giant Bikes, Lincoln. My vintage 1981 Peugeot Super Sport had the bronze service. I was very impressed with the staff who were knowledgeable and friendly and in particular with Dave who serviced my bike. I highly recommend this Company.

Excellent bike shop with a great cafe next door. Staff cannot do enough and are so helpful (thank you Sam and Mark for all of your patience and help). This is my no 1 bike shop and I’ve bought a lot of kit from here. Highly recommended 🙌
