Bought a bunch of stuff. Pretty good prices. Had a pair of pedals installed and unfortunately the installer missed the small bag of studs for the pedals, but I called back and got them posted to my house no charge at all. Excellent service!! Everyone makes mistakes, but these guys fix them to the best of their abilities!

15 years later and the Acciaio is still going strong. I recon this beast has done over 100,000 km. New set of wheels last month.
Condor has given me great service over the years. Amazing to have a fully stocked store like this London.

I have purchased an RC Italia road bike from Condor more than 6 months ago. I have to admit that the delay in delivering the bike from Italy was a bit painful at start... but Julian handled it brilliantly and the wait was all worth it.
James, Adrian and the all Team have been absolutely brilliant with the pre and post sale service. No matter what you need...they have the answer.
Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge, looking after me and my bike and for delivering such great costumer service from Day 1. Your kindness and help made this all experience a very memorable one!

I discovered this shop on a lunch break, since then it has been a fixture for when i need bike parts and accessories. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the range of kit is great.

Today one of the Condor team, whom i often see when coming in, went out of his way to help me. On my morning commute i went over my handlebars due to my handlebars being poorly tightened by another bike shop when doing a handlebar replacement. After showing the problem and signalling i was going to buy an alan key to sort it, the gentleman kindly tightened the handlebars for me free of charge.

I currently cycle primarily for commuting purposes and don't yet have the money to invest in a top-flight bicycle. However, I know when i do take the plunge, I will be stopping off here first! The kit and vibe they have here is really cool. Make sure you visit if you like bikes.

Great bike shop with excellent service. Julian was really helpful in choosing the right parts, and even advised against the (more expensive) tubeless tires saying it probably wasn't the best for me! The whole process from start to finish was really smooth. The only downside being that the wait was several months from when I ordered, but it was worth the wait. Also got good advice and help with picking new shoes.

In the end I'm really happy with my new bike and it will hopefully last me for many miles and years to come.

Disappointing Customer Service
I’ve shopped at this bicycle shop before, but my recent experience was incredibly frustrating. I called to ask if they had specific chainrings (22, 18, 36, or 38) in stock. Instead of simply checking, the person on the phone dismissed my inquiry outright, saying they “definitely” didn’t have some sizes and then confusingly brought up four-arm and five-arm configurations in a condescending tone.

When I clarified what I needed, he insisted they didn’t have five-arm options, and instead of confirming if they had a 36 or 38 four arm in stock—something I’ve purchased from them before—he abruptly ended the call with “thank you, bye-bye.” To make matters worse, when I tried calling back, my calls were ignored.

This lack of basic customer service, coupled with the dismissive attitude, was disappointing. I expected better from a shop I’ve supported in the past. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
