My first visit to this shop.
I couldn’t believe the amount of product on show.
I was met by very polite staff members.
Looking for a bike the staff spent plenty of time showing and explaining the different makes and models .
No way did I feel under pressure to commit .
Very impressed.

Phoned up to confirm an order which had been placed through the C2W scheme with my employer, staff were excellent, old fashioned customer service, pleasant, polite, helpful and kept to their word, phoned back within 10 minutes of my initial query and resolved my query, which had occurred due to human error on my part! They resolved the issue quickly, placed the order and delivery was extremely quick! First time I've used Team Cycles, wont be the last and would definitely recommend! A pleasant change in todays sub-standard customer service world! Overall, very good experience! Thanks! 👍

I had a great experience with this store recently. I contacted them about a bike lock on their site asking if it included the mount as well, as this particular manufacturer sells it as a lock and mount, but more recently has been selling them with just the lock and the mount separately. Tim the store manager emailed me back straight away and said that unfortunately it doesn't come with the mount and he has checked and can't source this anymore, which seems to be the norm now for this particular lock from Abus. However, he then emailed again 5 mins later to say that he has been through and checked all their stock and found one with the mount and if I ordered online he would send this one to me. So I ordered straight away, and the lock was delivered the very next day! They had the best price for this lock from any store online anyway, and on top of this didn't charge me anything extra, whereas normally the mount & lock as a pair would have been £10+ more! So I got a cracking deal, with next day delivery! So overall I'm super impressed with the communication, customer service, delivery and price. I would definitely use you again. Many Thanks!

Placed an online order on Friday, goods delivered by Monday, unfortunately one small part missing, a quick phone call and follow up email and the missing part sent out that day. That's the sort of quality service you can get by shopping with a proper store, if I had bought the item from a major online retailer that sounds like an area in South America, not only would I have paid more but gone through a lengthy process to rectify the problem, well done Team Cycles you keep this service up.

Excellent service - delivered only 22 hours after placing order. Had a phone call to say one item was not actually in stock and refunded immediately. OK would have been good if stock was shown correctly but nice to get a call to explain. Will use again.

Fantastic! I had a problem with some Rapha Pro Team Winter Gloves I ordered from the team cycles website, I got in touch and my emails were promptly responded to and solved with a replacement pair within two emails! Posted out a received the following day! Will 100% use team cycles again, would expect better from Rapha but cannot fault Team Cycles!

Collected my New SL7 Gen 8 replacement for my Gen 6 and as always the service provided by all of the staff was second to none, Lewis in particular was exceptional and went above and beyond, always helpful, professional and informative, can’t thank him and the rest of the staff enough, Professional service by people who know the job and care for their customers.
