As far as moving process - was great and easy! But regarding quality of apartment - it’s kind of disappointing. First apartment smells very bad. Kitchen was not clean, all kitchen cabinets were dirty and greasy. The worst experience - cockroach in the apartment 🪳🪳🪳 A lot of them!!!! I have never experienced living with them, so it’s disgusting!
Couple other issues:
- Staircase to the apartment very very dirty. Looks like haven’t pressure washed for years!
- Stove and dryer doesn’t work.
- Windows are not clean.
- Bug screens in balcony with a lot of holes.
- Outside building needs updates.
- All appliances in the apartment are very old and need update.
- window shades missing pieces.
- sewage in master bathroom smell very bed.
- Main gate is never closed, they don’t even issue gate cards - so I’m concerned about security, anyone can come to the complex because it’s always open.

I’m following Grand Cardone for many years, went to his 10X conferences, so I trusted that in his properties I will have comfort and I was very excited to move in here, but now I’m kind of disappointed ☹️ and still can’t believe how exclusive place - as Cardone is saying - can be so not supervised ☹️
I hope soon this place became as nice as there is in advertising (see attached pictures for comparison).

These apartments are marketed as a luxury apartment homes they are in fact not the pool area is disgusting. Half of the stuff does not work. The gym equipment looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in six months and the gym equipment is faulty living at 10 X retreat has not been a delight or luxurious at all, the company just had to let go of an employee because of how he treated the residence over half of the residents requested that this certain maintenance worker not come into their apartment if that doesn’t say something about the person and the companies hiring procedures I don’t know what does Most people are paying $2000-$2500 for a three bedroom apartment that has not been updated in years if you were looking for a quick place to move. Sure it’s fine but if you were looking for somewhere to raise your family, I do not recommend I can’t even bring my daughter to the pool due to how nasty it is I came to the pool right when it opened and the railing connected to the pool was not even connected to the fence. Someone could’ve fallen off and gotten hurt, there are tiles broken which is a safety hazard. The place is just overall nasty. The outside of the apartments in the stairwells are absolutely disgusting. The office tries to fine people for leaving their trash out but yet it does not resolve the rodent problem. When we first moved in we requested for the building stairs to be pressure washed, and we had to fight with the office for almost 6 months just to get it cleaned, but yet this is a luxury apartment complex if you can find somewhere nicer cleaner and more functional to live go there. The office messed up our lease in the beginning because the apartment they tried to move us into was filled with mold so I requested a different apartment. We were supposed to sign a 15 month lease. The staff messed up our lease and only gave us 12 months when we noticed a problem we asked if there is any way to fix it to extend our lease for 15 months they said no you sign a 12 month lease that’s it you have to leave or resign a lease and pay potentially $200 more a month for apartment that is not luxury I’m just overall disappointing with this complex as soon as we moved into our apartment, we noticed our dishwasher had this rust coming out of the inside of it we put in multiple work orders, and the maintenance crew claims that they fixed it by just putting bleach in it and running a load even though it did not fix it out of our 12 month lease, it took us 10 months to fight with the office to get a replacement dishwasher just so we could use the dishwasher to wash our dishes Please former on opinion about this place but take my review into consideration, when considering moving to 10x retreat PCB

Very very understandable and sweet leasing agents! I mean my son was going crazy and they were holding his hand, picking him up, talking to him, and letting him sit on their laps. Katie was our leasing agent and she is the sweetest girl and very welcoming! We’re now waiting to be accepted!!

I have lived here for almost 10 years. The maintenance guys are very friendly but when they come to do a job they don't do a very good one. The staff and the leasing office are very defensive. Even before you're done with your question, they start to talk over you to defend themselves. And the biggest thing is the upkeep of the landscaping is horrific. It looks like this place is about 50 years old . They used to put pine straw down around the back of your apartments that is not done any longer. There's a picture of a dead bush. They can't even remove it. This 10x living at the retreat is not what it used to be . One thing they do do is raise your rent every year.

If I could leave no stars I would! Lived there for 3 years just moved out and it was the worst! “Luxury” apartments is far from what I would call this place. Constant issues in the apartment.

-breezeways were absolutely disgusting and the stairs was absolutely embarrassing having visitors
-serious roach problems that were claimed to be taken care of
-mold in all the air vents and all over the walls and was told it was dust and to spray mildewX on the mold and ended up with health issues from it
-trash shoot is absolutely disgusting and with that the trash people had terrible attitudes one night threw a trash bag at my door at 7:30 at night cussing and screaming throwing trash from the top of the 3rd floor
-office never answered the phones had to back to back call for an answer
-maintenance half fixed issues in the apartment
- moving in apartments weren’t cleaned and smelled like mold and trash
-our ac went out every single year we lived there and took them almost a month each time to get out to fix it

If you are looking for an apartment this is not one I would recommend and to steer clear from here unless you want to sit in a moldy apartment with roaches and loud rude neighbors
